Bella Rosa Golf Course
About
Bella Rosa Golf Course is a nine-hole, public course located in Longmont. Bella Rosa is a nice option for a quick game or to work on your short game with 2,974 yards of golf from its longest tees. The par-35 course was designed by Peter Bain and opened in 2006. Strategically placed bunkers and the layout of the trees create challenges on this course, as well as water hazards that come into play on a few holes. Bella Rosa Golf Course is a popular option because of its affordability and also because of its excellent service and facilities. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and there is also a nice restaurant on the premises.

Cheap course
Horrible conditions. The greens were scattered with wood chips and dirt. Took over two hours to play nine. Not worth the money.
Horrible Course Conditions
The price of this course is way over priced for the conditions of the course. if you do not hit your ball in the fairway at all, all is lost. The greens are dry and fast. WAAAAYYY overpriced!!!
Great course for 9 holes
This course is a great 9 hole course. Some challenging holes, and it's in pretty good condition. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick game of golf
Good moderate course for a great price, friendly staff
This was a deal that was hard to pass up. The course is not long, but it still has some challenges to face. The summer has dried out the course in spots, so balls will go a long way, 300+. Still, you have to hit your shots in good places to score. The sprinklers were going during my 2nd lap, so that made it harder to find my ball on one shot. The pace was very good, 1h 20 1st lap, 1h 25 2nd lap, walking. If you need to play, this often has open tee times. There was even a pheasant in a tree, cool!
Call ahead
Booked on GN hot deal while in the area. Arrived at course to find they were using temporary greens due to airification. Not sure why the temp greens because the greens were fine. I'm use to airification and understand the need but the temp greens cut in fairway were unnecessary are ruined our round. Advice - call ahead then book golf now.
Ok course terrible staff!!!
My brother and I signed up to play a round on golf now with a 12:40 tee time. We got there a little later than we wanted but still before our team time and some a hole named rick ask us what our team time was, I told him and presented our confirmation number from golfnow. He then proceeded to ask us how much we paid and we told him and he told us we couldn't tee off because we didn't pay him anything and he was losing money on the golf now price. After arguing with him for several minutes he reluctantly let us tee off at which point I was so infuriated I couldn't play a good round. I will never be back there due to the service he provided. The grounds we unkept, it took us almost 3 hours to play 9 holes and we had a line of three other groups waiting at each tee box behind us. Probably the worst experience I've had playing in Colorado.
Best greens for an executive 9
Bella Rosa is a fun course with phenomenal greens for a short course. Great bang for buck and very friendly staff.
Great lil' 9 hole course
We were pleasantly surprised with this course! We weren't rushed, it was challenging but still fun, and was overall a great find. Though I did discover it would have been a better deal to just call the course for scheduling and pricing vs doing online through what I thought was a discount site.
RAINED OUT
Only played 4 holes due to lightening in the area.
Was very disappointed that I could not get a rain
check since I purchased the round through Golf.com.
If I had paid for it directly to the clubhouse , a raincheck would be honored........In the future I
will book directly with the clubhouse.
poor customer service
When I entered the courthouse the guy never said hi. I said had a tee at 1240 he said cart 21 and that was it no thank you very rude. Would never recommend going to anyone.
Fun Executive Course
Good warm up course that has room to pull out all the clubs. Fairways are a little rough in spots, but that is expected this time of year.
Bella Rosa
I was running a few minutes late for my tee time. I called the course to see if I was late if they could change my tee time. Rick said I would have to call Golf Now to change my time, great, no problem. When I called Golf Now, they said I would have to change it with the golf course. I said I did that and they called the course and changed my time in case I was late. This course is not overly busy. When I got there to check in, on time may I add, Rick Price kind of gave me an attitude about him changing the time. The course is vwry confusing. I should have gotten a score card for where the tee boxes are. The club houses wasn't open for drinks. It's an ok course.
Winter break
We played in a mild breeze for a March day, and the weather temperature was warm, the course grass was extremely dry, but had an enjoyable time out there for 9 holes
Staff
The staff was great. The course just needs some trees
Not Worth the Price
It was advertised as an 18 hole par 70 course for $32 which sounds a like an awesome deal but in fact it's only 9 holes that you play twice with, in my opinion, some of the worst course conditions I have played. The ruff is practically rock hard dirt and the fairways are not much better, the greens are decent besides one hole had a sand crater in the middle of it. I would not recommend it.
