Difficult greens, make you think.
Greens were in excellent shape. Even the flat greens have Suttle angles.
Will play again, that for sure
Club pro let me go out early, even though I was booked with 3 other players.
So it was a great day.
Winter conditions
Course ok but will need a lot of work to get to good. Fairways sparse, greens ok for this time of year. Tee boxes in winter positions shortens course.
Love this course!
Though I am 1.5 hours away, every time I am in the area or passing thru, I try to play this course. Great design, well laid out, and lots of holes that are more than just hit it straight! There are 2 over the water holes plus a couple of dog legs. The greens are tough - but then again, I stink at putting! Got a great deal (26 bucks!) and had a great time. Can't wait to come back!
Beautiful course with gorgeous views.
Love playing this course. Bring your fairway woods. Greens are difficult but fair.
I will have to say for the money it was a pretty great deal. My son and I played today and it had been raining the last few days, but for it being a few days after Christmas the course was in good shape.
Beautiful course
This course is by far the best in the area and the prices are better than courses half as nice. It has elevated tee boxes, water hazards, dog legs and many very challenging terrain. Without a doubt my go too course year round
Windy and very hard to hold the greens
It was a windy, but sunny day. We enjoyed our round for the most part. The greens were very solid, though, and therefore it was extemely difficult to keep an approach shot on the green.
Nice track
For the price point this is a really good golf course. In pretty good shape. Greens were excellent. Very undulating & speedy. Pretty tough. Ball placement can be critical. Will definitely play there again. Need to get some of those 3 putts back!
Greens
3rd time playing this course this summer. Greens are challenging enough without some of the ridiculous pin placements I've seen. Not enjoyable.
Good Course Overall
Course has a lot of character. A little bit for everyone. Only complaint is there was some rain the day before, and the ground didn’t soak up any of the water, so there were a number of areas where it was wet, yet still hard and fast. Would recommend to others wanting to play in the area.
Mediocre course
Condition of course was ok. Many tee boxes were more dirt then grass. I’m a big fan of tough greens, but these greens ruin the game. Too much undulation and whomever is positioning the pins is making poor decisions. Several pins were 4 feet from the fringe, on a slope. Either putt is made or rolls 30 feet away from hole or off the green. Pace was brutal but it was crowded so i don’t blame the course too much for that.
Too much hard pan
I lost count of the times I was on the fairway and within an iron shot and my club bounced off the rock-hard turf and flubbed my shot. I did not enjoy that round.
