Reviews
Course - great, not marshalled well. Look out for unfriendly residents in homes bordering the fairways
I loved the course. However, I got very explicit instructions from the pro-shop on announcements for 15 minutes to tee-off then 8 minutes to tee-off as well as where to meet the people I was playing with. The 15 minute call came. The 8 minute announcement did not. I went to the designated location to meet the other players - there was no one there. I got to the 1st tee - 10 minutes before tee-off time and waited. No one showed up. I finally teed off at the scheduled tee time to eventually catch up with the other players. They were told to go ahead and tee off early, and that I would eventually catch up. No one told me. Somewhat rude of the player's assistant that didn't follow through. The pro-shop is not marked well as to where it was. I found it by asking people in the area. Said hello to a lady on the practice range within 10 feet of me. No response. Hit a ball into the rock of a yard. Saw it, and went about 5 yards into the rock to retrieve it and got yelled at by a lady 3 homes down telling me that I was not allowed to retrieve the ball in someone's yard. I was someone surprised by the rudeness and lack of interest in having a guest on their golf course. Putting all that aside. The course has 27 holes. I played the Lakes and the Falls. Beautiful and somewhat forgiving layout. Fairways were like carpet. Greens were in very good condition. Traps and fairway bunkers were definitely a challenge, as they should be. I will play Pebble Creek again, if they let me come back (hopefully the lady that yelled at me didn't turn me in)... :- )
great playing course has some long drives..
there where a couple of challenging holes but in all there where some great wide open fairways very well maintained and greens where fast and responsive..
Great deal on GolfNow!
Got a great rate on GolfNow. The course was in good condition and the pace of play was very good. We didn't have any groups pushing us and we didn't catch up to any other group. We played in about 3 hours. Greens are probably about an 8 or 9. Tees and fairways in real nice condition.
Just a really nice, very well maitained golf course.
I would highly recommend putting this course on your bucket list. Friendly staff pristine conditions an just a beautiful course overall. Golf carts are always clean, an driving range has numerous putting greens for everyone. Just plan Nice!
Fun course to play, not long
Course was in good shape, I played the Falls and Palms nines. Course is not that long - even from the back tees, and offers lots of birdie chances. Greens rolled good, but looked a bit faster than they played. I teed off at 1p and finished in under 3 hours, so pace of play was great!
Fun course
Fun course to play. Grass was green and well kept. The greens are a little slow but in great condition. I will play this course again for sure. Lots of water and sand traps throughout the course. The only negative thing is the sand traps were had and not true, but this is how 90% of courses in phoenix are.
Summer golf in Phoenix
This course is in very good shape for this time of year. Playing the whites makes this course short, but my skill level (or lack thereof) makes the white tees fun to play.
Good Overall
The course was well maintain and nice though you have to play 9 hole on each courses (was a little confused about that.) The club house was a little hard to find if it's your first time playing.
Enjoyed the course. Was in very good condition. course was challenging but fair. Plat the fairway and you will score well.

This course is beautiful!
Always have a great time at Tuscany Falls, no matter what level of play.
Course has 3 nines
Played the Falls & Palms nines. The Falls nine was interesting and a challenge. The Palms nine is difficult to determmine where the greens are as everything blend in. This was a boring nine to play. Greens were alittle slow. The sand traps were some of the best in the valley.
Wide fairways
Played the falls and palms 9's. Both had wide fairways, course was in good shape. It was raining, so the place was empty. Greens were soft but still rolled at a good pace. Not a lot of slope on the greens, so I had one of my better putting days. Lots of water, lots of bunkers, but I stayed out of em all day. Overall a nice course, although the clubhouse is a bit difficult to find if you've never played there before.
Nice fairways, bunkers need work
Good conditions in general, sand sparse in bunkers. Greens were good at first but furry after about the fourth hole.
course was in great condition
Great conditioned and maintained course. All necessary items, (drinking water, ball washers, cart) were available. Three 9 hole courses provide the challenge throughout a beautiful pristine gated community.
Good course with some great holes but not in the best of shape during summer months
I played this course in mid summer and found conditions not what I hoped them to be. The greens were bumpy from recent punching and quite slow but no bare spots. The middle areas of the fairways were in great condition, but along many of the fairway edges there were bare spots. The rough was tough to play from in many areas (thick and mid depth). The sand bunkers were well maintained and had a good sand base.
I like the course layout and its many water features.
The practice and driving range areas are extensive and convenient to the clubhouse.
It is semi-private with not much play on the hot summer days.
The clubhouse building is spectacular and has a nice bar and restaurant.
Sand traps and fairways were in good shape.
Good overall experience. Plenty of water throughout the course which was very nice. Layout was challenging, but fair, and could be changed by use of tee boxes.
Great course for an intermediate skills player.
Great place to play, the first 3 greens were in bad conditions other than that conditions were good. the staff members are really helpful.
Course has some holes that you have to make good drives to stay out of trouble.
The staff weren't friendly, and did not tell us were to meet the starter to take us to the proper course. After waiting by the club house 5 minutes before our tee time I finally went and asked the desk were to go. He told me in a grumpy way to go the the golf cart parking on the other side of the building and meet the starter there to take us to the proper course. The people that I played with showed up late because of the same problem. I will go back and play it again and I will still be nice to the grumpy men in the club house. (Maybe it time to get some younger staff there)
A must play!
The course is amazing. Out of all of the golf that I play year round in the Phoenix area this course keeps me coming back again and again. Even during the hot summer months the green are in EXCELLENT condition without any burnt out areas.
Scenic and practical
Lovely setting, no rushing very ample water (very cold ) supply spaced appropriately between holes
