Tuscany Falls at PebbleCreek - East Course

The course is in extremely good condition for this time of the year, the staff should be commended. This is the second time I've played the course, I'll be back.

Nothing really bad to say. Enjoyed the round. Played HOT deal and wouldn't pay much more to play there.

We played the Lakes and the Falls course. The course is generally flat and in decent condition. The greens were a bit slow and rough (divots improperly repaired), the fairways were in average condition. Lakes / water really didn't come into play. The course is located on the West side of Phoenix so we did get some afternoon wind. Also, the course played short with few reachable par 5s. The staff was also very friendly. Nice place to play.

A decent course as long as you aren't in a hurry. No on course food or beverage service which is a shortcoming.

Paired with another single and pace of play great. Played 18 holes in just under 3 hours. Greens, fairways, and rough in very good condition. Only negative is that the traps need sand. Found traps basically dirt with some rocks. Course had water stations on some holes along with water drinking fountains. Would recommend picking up a cooler with ice before leaving pro shop facilities. Course played long but was very enjoyable. I would recommend this course to all seeking a nice day of golf.

I was impressed with the level of excellence from pro shop to course. Very clean and green. So far one of the nicest places I have played. It was not muddy yellow or dirty. Staff was not friendly. But really clean facility. The course was fun to play.

The course and greens were in need of mowing. The greens have recently been punched and have not yet recovered.

Went during the summer heat and it was only $10! Well worth the money you really can't beat the deal. Hard to find pro shop but When we started playing I was happy with the conditions of course and had fun. Lots of water every other hole. I'd recommend this to somebody who needs wide fairways like myself!

this is the first time i played and in contrast to some other posts, i found the staff to be friendly and helpful, perhaps this is due to the addition of Jason Whitehill as their new director. however, when an off campus player arrives, it is not the easiest to navigate to find the rental carts and the player should be told about locations of water, ice and restrooms. that said, the course is a fun layout and the greens are in pretty good shape, the fairways had some dried and brown spots but in pretty good shape overall. the bunkers were OK and had a decent amount of sand. thankfully i was only in 2 for the day. i would absolutely come back

Greens long and slow for this time ofg the season. Traps in good condition. Confusing to find your way around if at course first time. Staff in pro shoo somewaht ambivalent to visitors.

I was paired up for a tee time and really enjoyed our foursome. One Staff member in the clubhouse was arrogant - as I was not a resident of pebble creek - it seemed to be an inconvenience for him as he had to explain his "rules". On the other hand, a different staff member on the course was outstanding. He was helpful and actually cared if I was having a good day. It's a challenging course in great shape with the desert/gravel rough.

Played while on trip based on Golfnow reviews.....nice layout.....condos not right on top of you.....we were able to book a great price.

The fairways were plush and green and the green rolled quick and true. I took my two sons to the course and played the Lakes and Falls courses. The course wasn't crowded and played fast we finished in just under 4 hours. The only down side was we were paired up with a single (which is ok / expected this time of year), but they would only give us two carts so one of us had to ride with the single. It looked like they had plenty of carts to give us three, but that happens. There are several blind shots where water creeps into the fairway and if you're not familiar with the course you'll feel penalized when you think you hit a good shot. The fairways were great and the greens rolled true and fast I would definitely recommend this course, I know I'll be back

The course is in good shape, a little slow. The pace of play was slow, sometimes there were 3 groups waiting on a par 3. Still a good value

The course was in immaculate condition. The fairways were very lush. The collars around were very defined and in great conditions as well. The greens were the highlight of the day. I much prefer to play on bent grass geens but as far as Bermuda goes these were top of the line. I would say they were stimped at about a 9 and rolled very true. I will be playing there again.

Nice course in very good condition. Great way to start my Phoenix visit. Snack bar at the turn had only chips and there was a weird very strong smell on a few of the back nine (Falls) holes, kind of like a feedlot, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Very nice course with friendly people. Greens and fairways in good shape. Only complaint is the group in front of us was SO SLOW there was an entire empty hole ahead of them. Wish there was a ranger out on the course to speed things up a little.

This course is not on golf now often but I would play it again anytime. this is a great course. And I only played 2 out of the 3
