About
The Par-3 Course at Aquila is a perfect complement to the original championship course at the facility. Although the nine-hole course is easier, it still has a unique and challenging design. Conveniently located just outside of downtown Phoenix, the golf course offers an affordable option for golfers to work on their short game. Numerous bunkers and native grass roughs add some interesting elements to the game. The serene desert landscape also provides majestic views of the Estrella Mountains and the downtown Phoenix skyline. The course has two teeing areas per hole as well as driving ranges and practice greens.

Great for Beginners
This course is perfect for my 10 year old daughter with her pull cart. The practice facilities at Aguila are nice as well. Always enjoy playing both courses.

9 vs 18
Par 3 nine hole course is short and good for players of all levels. It is utilized by those who don't know how to repair a ball mark. Took about an 1:15 to play.
18 is well maintained. Took 4 hours to play after playing through a foursome at the turn. Large greens and suitable for all players, which were in better condition than the par 3 course. Exceptional course for the money and staff was extremely friendly.

Great par-3
I wish this course had a couple of par-4s, but it's a very nice layout and can be played in not much over an hour. Condition was good and the staff excellent.

Great spot
Went at 9am on a Sunday and didn't encounter many people shockingly. Greens were very fast but in great condition. Big fan of this place.

Best muni course but BUSY
This course is amazing for the value!! Overseed was very successful and the greens are the best around at the moment. However, the group management was very poor, and the pace of play suffered heavily. I started at 2pm and was not able to finish my round. But overall four out of five stars!

Great course to work on your short game!
Course is in solid shape after reseeding. Greens are very fast. Just slow on a Saturday morning. Had fun!!
