Good Value
Fun course to play. Good food before or after your round. Friendly staff.
Not for most
The tiny greens were nice but slow. The rest of the place was a dump. Wasn’t a fan of the layout. Fairways and teens weren’t playable. Worth 10 bucks to play….maybe lol.
Great Course
Love the course and layout. Greens in pretty good shape. Fairly open course but if you miss the fairways it's difficult locating your ball.
You get what you pay for
Greens were pretty good. That's about it. Fairways were bare except for some sort of moss/weed. Rough was about the same as the fairways except the weeds were a little taller. Also, they were out of scorecards. We used a piece of paper.
It was easy to obtain a tee time, went out by myself but quickly hooked up with the twosome in front of me and had a great round.
Greatly improved.
Steady improvement of course conditions have made The Oaks enjoyable to play. Nice work Adam and staff!
Tale of 2 nines
Course has seen better days , FrontièreCan 9 wide open. Hard pan fairways ,
Backnine throughwoods with lots of doglegs
Clubhouse is more of a snack bar and washroom facilities are “dated”..that’s generous
Now the positive…some of the best greens we have played on in the last couple of months.
Allow lots of travel time as GolfNow identifies
Distance as the crow flies, our 38 miles
We’re 60+ miles by toad
play it
on vacation from ohio, this was our third course to play and it was the best, the greens were nice as well as the tee offs. nice layout and loved how the back nine made you know your in florida, nice an open but in the woods.
if I lived in florida I'd play this course often. I was there after the 500 so the amount of rain how some effect on fairways but not much on this course
Fun course, great time!
Fun place to play. Green’s & approach in great condition. Friendly and appreciative owner & staff. Incredible value for the money. Vast menu of quality food items, exceptionally prepared and served.
Course and facilities were dated and rustic
Course was a bit rough clubhouse was dated and unkempt. Needs some updating.
Free for all
No starter. Might not have golf carts after morning groups
Beauty of Florida
The course is fun to play. No bunkers but water in play. Simple design course but the Florida landscape is beautiful. Back nine do peaceful, like your own oasis. Club house is run down but still accommodating with drinks and food. Staff so so friend wise, but okay. Fairways need work but greens are good. Would go back for sure, great price.
Misleading website
Website very misleading. Club house and course need tons of TLC.. Worth only $1 per hole .
