Stunning
Love playing this place , with the amount of rain that fell it was in amazing condition. I try play here whenever I can it’s simply stunning and a special place.
Unreal
For the middle of November the course was unreal , no plugged balls and greens were great. Always a treat to play such an amazing course
The course was getting in shape for the Irish Open 2022. There was a lot of work being done on the course. Fairways were being punched. The parkland style course was a challenge. There were some tight fairways, and difficult greens. But all in all a fair course. Staff were very friendly. Be sure to say hello to Francis in the Pro Shop.
MUST PLAY!
Gorgeous course in the heart of Ireland. Flawless fairways and a great lunch too...
Outstanding (still, after 17 years)
With my US based playing partner , Todd Johnson, I played Mt Juliet in late 2004. It was a blast then and to this day (17+ years later) it lives in my memory, right up there among my best ever golf experiences & my Mt Juliet sweater & ball cap are perennial favourites
A must play
Course was in excellent condition. Had a great day. Highly recommend this course. Reputation is well deserved and everyone was very friendly. Definitely be going back. Can’t say enough of good things to be honest.
Too late
The tee time given by Golfnow was 2.45pm. It was dark at 5pm. We managed to get in the 18 holes but did not get to enjoy the excellent course As we were fighting tome.
The is a great challenge
What an amazing 4 hrs, course in superb condition, fairways and greens in pristine condition,5 star
Course conditions weren't favorable
If it wasn't for the fact that it drizzling and super wet, this would have been a very enjoyable round. This course although it looks very pretty it's deceiving because you have to be extremely accurate. My game wasn't on point and I sent a lot of balls to the rough and sand bunkers. Jack Nicklaus designed this course to make it very painful if you're not accurate off the tee. Since the course was really wet, it was very difficult to get the ball out of the wet rough. I would love to one day return when the weather is more favorable. The facilities were world class. The green fee included a delicious hot breakfast. The club rentals were brand new TaylorMade M6's. This is definitely one of Ireland's top parkland courses! Highly recommend it.
