Trappers Turn Golf Club - Canyon/Arbor
About
The 27 holes of championship golf at Trappers Golf Club are spread across the rolling countryside of Wisconsin Dells, a landscape that was carved by glaciers thousands of years ago. The terrain provided an incredible canvas for course designers Andy North and Roger Packard to work with. They first designed 18 holes, the Canyon and Lake nines and then added the Arbor nine in 2000. The golf courses can be played as three different 18-hole combinations. The Canyon/Arbor Course combines the old and the new. The Canyon is home to Trappers Turn's signature hole, the par-3 seventh, which has an extreme drop in elevation into a small green that sits amidst a glacier-formed canyon but it is not as intimidating a hole as it seems. The scenery continues onto the Arbor nine, which borders the Rocky Arbor State Park.

the course was in wonderful shape. I would recommend this course to anyone. They had four sets of tees. I played the forward ones.
Amazing Layout; a Wisc Dells Golf Gem
If you ever wondered if you should play Tappers Turn, a simple suggestion. Do it.
Amazing layout and a great staff
Great Course and enjoyable round
This is a well payed out course with great views and still moderately challenging.
Great setting and fun golf
My wife and I enjoyed our round the previous day we went back for round 2! Course had dried out and played great. It’s challenging enough but open so some errant shots can be found.
Fun and moderately challenging course
My wife and I enjoyed playing this course. It’s very playable while being quite challenging .
Trappers
Rough day course was a little wet from rain day before and very windy but still a fun course
Super Spring Deal at a top tier course
Best time of year to golf when the weather allows. Course was in good shape for early April
Wonderful Facility
My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Trappers Turn. The Lake and Canyon nines were in great condition. Spacious fairways, large bent greens, and just enough intimidation factor made our day a great challenge. My wife, a botanist, loved the combination of wildflowers on the course and the spectacular plantings near the clubhouse. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a shorter set of tees, somewhere in the 4500-4700 yard range. Youths and seniors would benefit.
