Corte Bella Golf Club
About
The course at Corte Bella Golf Club was done in a desert style but avoids the target greens and forced carries that are at some desert courses in the area. It has a classic layout on a beautiful terrain of ficus, Italian cypress, and oleander, creating a scenic ambiance. The designer, Greg Nash, kept traditions of classical golf architecture in mind and made a course that champions the strategic player. Both the immaculately manicured greens and the wide fairways are well protected by bunkers on this course, making accuracy on the approach shot a priority. Water hazards come into play on three holes at Corte Bella Golf Club.

Great Track
Course was in excellent condition! Staff was very friendly and informative. Teeing areas were recently aerated, but that wasn’t a big deal. No Cart attendant, but that’s the norm for a Sun City course. Will definitely be back.
Course Marshall
We didn’t appreciate being told to pick up the pace on the first hole because there was a 3-some behind us obviously in a hurry. We played the front 9 in under 2 hrs.
Cart path only was understandable but the bunkers had no sand no cart service was disappointing
Might come back
I regret playing on a cart path only weekend. Course is in great shape after oversees. Might be back to play on a weekday to avoid a 5 hour round.
Nice, Challenging, Fun Golf Course
First time playing here. It was in good condition for the end of the season. Bunkers were a bit hard, but fairways and greens were pretty good. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will be back at some point, if the fees are reasonable. Thank you!
First trip to Corta Bella
Enjoyed our first time at this course. Nice layout, wide fairways and lots of bunkers.
Sand is hard to find in the desert
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Course was in good shape knowing that it will be getting over seeded shortly and the fact that we have had a lot of monsoon rain. Only complaint was that the sand traps have no sand in them and are filled with rocks. Really surprised that members haven’t complained about them

Nice course, good shape and fun. Everyone is friendly, just remember it is typically private, but they open it up to public in the summer months. Pay attention to the starters rules, because the owners watch all players while out on the course…….it’s crazy.
Fairways are good, greens are great! Watch out for the rough, thick and Will turn your club head. I would recommend this place to friends.
Bunkers
The bunckers for this course were very much below the standard that I expected for the price paid. I would not expect rocks in sand bunkers. This is not the case in any of the coursed in Sun City West where the bunkers are in excelent condition.
Always a treasure!
I’ve been playing this semi-hidden gem for years. It did not disappoint! The layout provides many excellent holes and the greens were almost all the way back from punch and sanding. They rolled well, and the overall course was in very good shape. The service after the round for a bev & bite was excellent. We enjoyed our time and will be back!!
Good Value
Course was in decent shape. Tee boxes and fairways above average. Greens just punched a couple of weeks ago so still bumpy. Bunkers and traps need work. Overnight rain softened them other wise they would have been like hard pan. Staff was friendly and helpful. Less than a four hour round on a Sunday morning is huge. Pace of play was excellent for the whole round.
Course Layout
I loved the course layout & design. It was the first day open after they punched the Fairways & greens. But will be back.
Poor Pace of Play
I'm not sure why a course would allow a fivesome on a Sunday, but they did, and the group never let anyone through. Thus, it made it a long day for the four groups that were continuously stuck behind them.
Course was in pretty typical shape for this time of year, with some rough spots in the fairway and around the greens. I'm not sure it's worth the higher price tag compared to some other public courses in the Sun City/Sun City West area.
