Don't book with golfnow!
Its a lovely course, looked a bit dry though. Would be able to give a full review if I'd actually played the course! They stopped using golfnow about a year ago and we could play the round we'd payed for. Golfnow gave us a refund though.
Great Course
Started playing well but soon caught uo with a couple of four balls, as we were a 2 ball and in a buggy I expected to be able to get past them as a 2 ball will play faster than a 4 ball and a 2 ball having a better standing on the course than a fourball.
From hole 4 to 11 we waited and decided to finish out golf and walk off.
These were members and of both sexes and expected more from them know the rules of golf on standing on the course.
A great course ruined be golfing members.
Nice little course
Easy walk. Lovely views.lots of trouble on front nine.
Excellent course
Excellent golf course in scenic Cooley Peninsula Challenging but well worth it
Beautiful setting.
The only complaint I can have was one that is no fault of the club themselves. The Visiting fourballs in front of us were playing at a snails pace with absolutely no regard for those behind them. The course itself is absolutely fantastic, one of the nicest and beat kept around.
Great course
Despite playing in a gale, being almost the only ones on the course, losing several golf balls, nearly being blown sideways on the first and twelfth holes, as always, Greenore is a delightful course to play, always.
The Pro in the shop is very courteous and the facilities are great.
Great day
Loves the course. Was in very good condition, and will definitely be back
Day out.
Very enjoyable day out for my wife and I.
The course is very enjoyable and the staff are very friendly. Wil definitely return.
Nice links course by the sea
A nice little course along the ocean. The course was a bit dry so it played fast. The layout was a bit tricky in some spots but good value for money.
Course with a view
The course was in very good shape. Greens were running true. For the time of year . Very enjoyable
Best course in the Dundalk area
Green ore is a great links style golf course just outside Dundalk County Louth. Has a nice variety of holes. the best of the pick for me being the par 3 6th over water. Course was in very good shape the day we played although the fairways were undergoing some treatment it didn't take away from the enjoyment of the round. I have played it before many times in many different weather conditions. Always a challenge and always a fun course to play weather the wind is blowing off the bay or sun is shining.
Lovely setting
Great course tough but fair great greens foot layout
Lovely scenery.
Good course... some very challenging and interesting holes. Although weather was dry yet cloudy it didn't spoil the experience. Would get the full panaronic views from some of the tee boxes on a sunny day ---looking forward to that as I would play this course again.
