Winter Conditions
Great value for money , course was however very boggy as it had been closed for a while due to winter weather. Pro shop staff a bit perturbed at the booking through golf now , they felt that they were losing money and were not keen on me using the online facility again.
No communication between GolfNow and club
I booked a tee time for 9am on GN but when I got to the club it was closed due to heavy rain. I wish GN had informed me of that and or not accepted the reservation. I hope that I haven’t been charged for it!?
Otherwise the course is in good condition and easy enough to play.
A hidden gem.
This is such a lovingly well looked after golf course. Plays really well with fantastic greens and some out of this world scenery of Waterford.
Storm Sunday
We only played 4 holes before the weather changed dramatically. We sheltered for 25 minutes from heavy rain and lightning. When the storm passed the greens were water logged, but the fairways absorbed the rain very well. We played another 5 holes before another burst of heavy rain.
Tough greens but very enjoyable

Lovely course with challenging greens
The course is really nice to and has some really challenging hole’s and the greens are full of hills and slopes with make them a big test .The pace of play was very slow because there were to many golf now bookings . The guys teeing off before us were @ 3:30 and Wes were 3:32 with the following two ball booked for 3:34 so not enough time between tee times but that wasn’t the clubs fault more a golf now issue
Delay
Course really good condition but there was some slow play that delayed us but otherwise really good
Very enjoyable
First tee shot is blind tee shot but course plays very well after that!
Greens were very good and course plays fair but very enjoyable
Course closure
The morning we booked to play the course was closed due to frost. Difficult to get refund from GolfNow, they do not respond to emails. I will get refund through credit card. GolfNow should address course closures and respond to customers. In future I will book directly with golf club.
I couldn't get to play as the course was closed due to first are golf now going to give me my money back
