Eco Golf Club
About
Located in Hollywood, Eco Golf Club boasts one of the most beautiful executive courses in south Florida. The course offers the challenging design features of a full-length course in a convenient nine-hole layout. It is the perfect option for golfers who don't have time for a full round but still want a challenging game. Accuracy will be greatly rewarded as well as the ability to putt to narrow, undulating greens. It is a great opportunity to get in some quality iron practice that you wouldn't be able to achieve at a driving range. Eco Golf Club is a greater challenge than most nine-hole courses and the fairways and greens stand up against most of the other courses in the area, including the championship courses. Some memorable holes are the fourth, a sharp dogleg, and the par-3 eighth, which is arguably the course's most difficult.

Not a good deal
The staff was friendly but the course is in bad shape, mostly the greens. Not priced correctly.
Value for Money is There
Yes, this is not Augusta National or Pebble Beach. But if someone is learning the game, this is relatively inexpensive and has what is needed!
Great Warmup
Love Eco Golf. I always play a round at Eco the day before I play 18 holes somewhere else.
Best course in Florida!!!
This is easily the most beautiful course I’ve ever played. The lush fairways are adorned with local reptiles and pungent fragrances grace your every turn. I felt as if I was at Augusta National on a crisp spring morning. If you are ever in south florida and want to impress for your business trip, eco golf is not to be missed!
Stinky
This course is right next to the sewerage treatment plant and the smell is horrendous. The greens were full of bald patches and sand making them unputtable. There were red ants on this course and I was constantly feeling like I had something on my ankles.
It’s ok for practice but hold your nose and wear long pants and socks to cover your ankles and wash your hands after playing there. Who knows what is learking there.
Not very nice
Close by is the positive of this course. Not really nice
Worst golf course I’ve ever had the displeasure of being on.
Most unkempt, wildly overgrown, untended to course I’ve ever been on. Stay away!
Save your money and sanity
This course is embarrassingly bad. I’ve played this course many times in the past. The course which is adjacent to a waste treatment plant, was in good shape and fun to play quick round. However now pastures are in better shape with cart paths that are really obdtcle courses.
Oh yeah watch out for the fire ants.
Echo nice 9 hole course
The greens are beat up, but playable- the first and second cuts off the fairways are high, hard to spot your ball. It’s a good nine hole course to practice your irons if you’re a long hitter. I use my 3 & 5 hybrids and the course is enjoyable for me.
Staff is friendly and the beer is cold.
You get what you pay for
Worst conditions ever. Dirt and very little grass. Greens barely roll Iguanas by the thousands. No yardage markers. But cheap quick and a good place to bring a beginner Carts were good
the course was in horrible shape. No grass on greens. No sign posts showing yardage to pin. Heard they may be sold by the city to developers and so it is rundown. Not many on the course, so pace was ok. people in the clubhouse were nice, but no amenities.
