East at Orangebrook Country Club
There are two 18-hole golf courses available at Orangebrook Country Club in Hollywood, the East and the West. Built in the 1930s, the East Course is the club's original layout. While its design may be more traditional, it is just as much of a challenge as the newer West Course. The East has fewer water hazards but there are large bunkers strategically placed throughout. There are some tricky holes included in the design but there are also many player-friendly features as well including wide-open fairways and generous landing areas. Players can get their practice in on the large, lighted driving range that has both distance markers and a practice bunker. Orangebrook C.C. offers not one but two player-friendly but challenging rounds, making it popular amongst locals for being one of the area's best values.

The course is a little damp but in great condition. The greens are almost perfect and for the money there’s no better value in town !
For the price, it was well worth it. Because of the wet conditions, I was restricted to the 90 degree rule, which did not interfere with the pace. Overall, it was a good outing.
Course is in pretty good shape. Only saw the cart gal once; a bit more would have been better. But staff are always very friendly and helpful. Cart had a flat and they were right out to replace it.
Course is in really good condition.
Enjoyed playing this course
Nice course , some water puddles and grass a bit long
I tried to change the tee time and the golf now system did not allow it. I called the pro shop and they were more than happy to change it but again the system did not allow it. I’m a client for more than four years now and this was my first time, I don’t understand why this happened.
EAST COURSE - DO NOT PLAY
The East Course is in TERRIBLE shape right now. DO NOT PLAY if it can be avoided. We were the first tee time of the day (7:03am), and they started us on hole 10 (which had the worst looking green I've ever seen). The remainder of the greens weren't terrible, but I can't say the same about the rest of the course. There were tons of patchy/dirt/muddy areas throughout the tee boxes and fairways; you could literally find the fairway and still wind up not finding your ball in grass. Although we blazed through our front 9, when we made the turn (#1), they had sent a foursome out ahead of us, and therefore, we were stuck as a twosome behind them for the remainder of our round (which defeats the purpose of being the first group out). Even though the price was only $30, you should invest your money elsewhere. Hopefully in the future they can get the course back on track, because with better conditions, the course would be nice.
I've been playing Orange Brook for about 30 years off and on and I never seen the greens this good. The rest of the course still needs a little bit more work but over all, the course is now fun to play. My wife and I had fun and a great day... We will be back!
Fair condition fairways
The fireways are bad in several parts. The greens don’t recieve the ball. Good for the price
great place to play..GREEN REALLY SLOW..NEED TOO SPEED THEM UP..TRIM SHORTER..THEN WOULD PLAY THERE WEEKLY
