Needs to Take a Long Look in the Mirror
I'll start with the good:
Beautiful
Staff is very welcoming
The main problems come from the course design and conditions. It has no idea what it is trying to be. Imagine everything that brings a challenge to a golf course and infuse them all together. This place has tiny fairways, long rough, weird lies, elevation, long forced carries, blind tee shots and finally atrociously bad greens/tee boxes. Oh and if you head into the trees your ball is gone (unless you want to get hurt going after it). This isn't a US open qualifier. This is a course that always has tee times open because people are probably trying to avoid losing tons of balls. My suggestion is that it become a little bit more playable for a high handicapper by losing some of the things mentioned above. Maybe the lawn mowers are broken I don't know......
Shaggy greens
Tee boxes need some help. Not cut down. Worst part was greens were left quite long. Not sure if it was because of heat. Usually much better. Big line up trying to get checked in. I think some overslept.
Nice new carts..
Copper Hills
Challenging course, little confusing on where fairways were going.
Overall its a very pretty course with lots of wildlife, I like ot!
Close to being an upper echelon course
Greens & fairways were a little shaggy
But it’s very early
Didn’t understand why the range wasn’t open
Everyone knows the layouts fantastic
First time
Oye.. that was tough! The wind was insane at the start. Found over 30 balls despite a brutal game. First time playing there. The Hill and The Jungle. Probably won’t go back again. I didn’t like the layout, and the group in front of me was too slow. It was a pretty day, and the atmosphere reminded me of my home state, Tennessee.
Course was in great shape
The greens were great the fairways were very very good . they need some better signage to get you around easier and faster
Nice course
Great layout. Can't understand why there's no divot repair dirt on the cart, just going to run a nice course.
