I play Heritage about 5 times a year. I like the layout and really enjoy playing this course. There are houses on the course but do not really come into play. The par three tees were closed due to winter weather but not a big deal considering the time of year. Challenging course but not crazy difficult.

Course in very good condition for this time of year. Was paired up with a couple local members and they gave good advice on a lot of holes. Some unseen water in play on par 5 holes . The cart GPS was the best i have ever used. Slight negative was the par 3 tees on all holes were temporary, as course was upgrading the tees .Greens fairways and rough all in great winter condition. Staff very friendly as were the other players we encountered..Course is in a big development, but houses really not in play on any hole unless you a real bad shot . Recommend and thank you Heritage Shores for such a nice day.

For the time of the year the course was in great shape. Only thing was all the par 3's had winter tees in play. My girlfriend a 30 handicap loves the course because it's wide open and has tee boxes for her ability. A must play in Delmarva!

This course is one of the best in the tiny state of Delaware. Compared to other courses I’ve played with significantly higher greens fees, it has the best value proposition.

I’m not sure if other players noticed but there were way too many spiders web all over the course. Aside from that annoying thing the course was good. However the the pace of play was slow. Would have been helpful if the marshal were around to hurry folks along.

First time to play this course. The cart GPS had far too many ads that interfered with it use. Very annoying when it is your first time on the course and you are trying to understand what is in front of you (hazards, etc.) Thanks to having a golf watch, the only issues were a few unseen hazards. The greens were super fast and took some gettting used to.
Will play again soon.

Top-notch resort-style course. Scenic and beautiful. There is some construction around the area as the club itself is still developing its community, but it doesn't detract from the golf experience. Fairways are lush with mounding and the rough is challenging but fair. GPS included in the cart, which also has a cooler and a club washer on them. A nice touch. The course itself is fairly open, with not much in the way of trees to contend with, but there is a fair amount of bunkering and water to keep you honest. The greens are extremely slick but readable and the rolls were smooth. The 18th green is a rectangle resembling a pool table; corners and all. You don't see a lot of those.
Overall, this is the best course in Seaford right now.

Played Heritage Shores numerous times and it is always interesting to see the community slowly being built around the course. Fairways were in great shape, and as I spoke, there is water on just about every hole so be aware. There for the most part are plenty of width to play a safe shot if you hook/slice against your will. Greens were a mix bag and a few had some mix grass and a few shady dead spots but didn't affect play. On the other hand, the undulation and speed of the greens is fast-very fast. Staff were very nice and we had a tire blow on the course and they had us up and going again in 9 mins! Play was very slow (4hrs 45 mins) to play 18 but is expected when your first up after the ladies league tees off. Will be back again and if you haven't, you should.
