Solid Course
Everything pretty well kept. Bunkers needs lots of work, otherwise a solid course.
Great layout, mediocre conditions
This could be one of the better courses in the area with a little TLC. Worth it for a hot deal but not worth the inflated prices cincy courses are charging in the post pandemic golf boom.

I paid $12 total. 18 w a cart. Great value. Long course as well so it was very good for long ball hitters. Very scenic as well. My only issues are with the T boxes , over grown grass, however that doesn’t matter when your Teeing up a par 5 but does come into play on the par 3’s. My other issue was just getting directions to the next holes- could use some signage to help out where your going next. The crews were working on the greens which were in good shape , there was maybe one or two greens with rough patches but nowhere near the pin. The fairways were fine but if you found yourself in the rough .. it was rough. My last critique would be for course management, a lot of single or pairs on the course. If they grouped people in fours it would help the pace a little bit. I’d definitely come back without a doubt.
Love, Hate
I've been playing this course for 15 years. Its close to home and has a fun and challenging layout. Unfortunately, the conditions just never get better. Most tee boxes are really bad and patchy, fairways are so/so with some rough spots and greens are usually shaggy with some fungus/burnt spots. Whole course needs to be overseeded. $41 for 18 is a steep ask considering there are much nicer courses within 15 minutes for a fraction more.
Wonderful but challenging course in Batavia OH
Cedar Trace is one of wonderful course in Batavia in term of money value and challenge of game. Always the staff and owner are friendly to their customer.
Love it
Come here often, always enjoy it. Staff is great and the course is fun. You absolutely get what you pay for. Concessions are average but COVID has most places like that. Go there!
The course is not taken care of
There are many times you will be less than 100 yards from the green in the fairway and be hitting out of sand or crab grass. The layout is very nice. It could be a great course if taken care of
Decent course but not for the price
Fairways? What fairways, they were so long they blended in with the rough. The tee boxes were in pretty bad shape as well as the cart paths. Greens were not to bad but the pin locations were pretty close to the edge. They did give you tips for each hole which was very nice and that’s about it. If maintained properly the course is worth the price but not in its current state.
