Long but fair
Greens very good, fairways better than a month be ago. Only con pace of be play took 4:309! Hours for just two to play. Most of the slow play is ego drien guys who think they should play black ttes a MF d spend most of their time looking for balls.

Unnecessarily crowded
I truly enjoy this course, and the great deals that we can obtain via GolfNow. The course is maintained in good condition, can be challenging if you stray from the fairway.
The one thing I have noticed is that the pro shop will allow over scheduling , not regulate start times, and the effects of this are a bottleneck that requires much waiting to maintain any pace. The past two times I have played there were later groups scheduled to follow us, and we were eventually waiting for two groups ahead of us.
An example is that I had a 1:30 start, arrived at 12:50, was encouraged to start now as the tee was vacant, only to catch the group before us on hole two. By the time we hit our drives on two, we could observe the following group hitting their approach shots on one.
Finally, on the back 9, we had nobody following us, as the group behind us determined to play the front 9 to relieve the wait.

All alone and by myself
I played this day without my usual friends. The tee boxes were in great shape the greens were in good shape fairways mostly perfect with a few blemishes and what a wonderful day it was. Only one area was marked unplayable , uncertain why that was but definitely being protected. This course is in about the better conditions of all the local courses that I am aware of.

Fairways, greens, and bunkers were in good shape..the rough was cut to a reasonable length and the course was pretty dry despite significant recent rain.
