Rustic and charming

It may not be pebble beach, but it is a fun experience. You’ll never encounter a stuffy, country clubber at this course. It is a relaxed place with surprising challenges.

Nice course

I really liked this course. As a beginning golfer, it was nice. The fairways are a bit sandy, but definitely a decent green and tee boxes. For intermediate to advanced golfers, I wouldn't recommend if they are picky about where they play. For people that are just beginning or just play for a fun time, I highly suggest you try it out sometime. Nice course layout and friendly people. It isn't that bad.

OVERPRICED

We realized this course was built in the north woods on top of 4 billion year old granite. Greens were on the edge of OK, but all else was scrub at best. More dust and dirt than grass. Insult was $14 each for 9 holes plus another $14 for a cart. Suggestion, drive another 10 minutes and play an acceptable course.

One of the best in the area.

This course should be on top of peoples lists in the Midwest. Neatly groomed and really lush at the beginning of summer. Average food/drink.
