Not a good value
Pace of play was poor. Some of the hole lengths are ridiculously short even for a par 3 course. For the price, we could’ve played a quality regular length course. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant.
Cool little course, bad greens for a par 3
This is a cool little course, aesthetically speaking, but very tight on the layout from hole to hole, often feeling like you could hit the group on the next hole because some of the tee boxes are literally 20-30 feet from the green you're going for. First time there and was interested to check it out. This is a great walking course if that's what you're looking for. The front 9 is VERY short, several holes under 100 yards, a couple in the 60 yard range, the back 9 is a bit longer thankfully. Was pretty disappointed in the greens, they were slow, a bit hairy, hard and dry when trying to repair divots, and didn't seem to have any true roll or break. One of those courses that could set your putting game back if you're used to playing nicer Florida courses. Not sure about any other golfers opinion, but if the greens aren't good on a course the entire golf experience doesn't feel satisfying, especially on a par 3 course where that should be the ENTIRE focus!!🤯 I probably would recommend it just to try it out as it was a cool little setting, but I could probably maintain the greens better myself having only worked on a golf course for a few months in my life. Starter was nice and friendly, another staff member seemed a tad rude.
Shortest Par 3 in the world
If you want to never use your Driver, and most holes are under 95 yards….this course is for you! I was not happy with using my Sandwedge 80% of the time.
Don’t play on Fridays
We booked on golf now however the course does not care about tee times. If you book at 8am and show up on time they still operate on first come first serve basis.
We went to the starter and he said he wanted us to start on the 10th and when we made the turn to go to the 1st he said we would have to wait for later groups to head out. When asked why he said this was because they let a few groups of regulars start on the 15th. I don’t want to have to break my pace of play because a starter paid special treatment to a group of regulars. I pay my money just like they do.
When I told the starter that he created this issue and I don’t like that my group needs to placate his decision he told me if I don’t like it I can leave.
Do not recommend this course on Fridays or Mondays. Stay away because you will be treated like an inferior customer.
Disappointed
When we arrived we met Judy the ranger, she was the highlight of the day
Right when we were on the 1st tee the maintenance crew were on the green spreading sand with a driving machine, they stayed in front of us making each green almost UN-PUTTABLE very disappointing 👎
Terrible experience
We had reserved a tee time on Golf Now but discovered when we arrived that it was first come first served so the tee time meant nothing. Their parking lot was beyond full. I circled it 5 times trying to find a spot. Finally, after finding out we couldn’t start for almost an hour and being told that the advertised pleasant 2 1/2 hour round was taking folks 4 hours we decided to leave. Also, we got a Hot Deal price of $35 USD for the round which translated to $95 Cdn for the 2 of us. Already a ridiculous price for a par 3 executive course. I later checked and saw that their regular price is $60 USD per person. ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!!
Postage stamp size with rough greens
This Par Three course plays in about 80 minutes. The greens are rough. Score card distances are exaggerated. No wonder website doesn't list distances. Two and a half hour play time is a deliberate deception.
Croquet players will end up in water.
Boring.
Fun course, not for the price
This is a fun little par 3 course with some challenging holes. Greens were slow, a bit shaggy and not very challenging. Played with the fiance and she had a good time for her first time out. I'll probably play again when the cost comes down over the summer. $60 is way too steep.
