About
NorthStar Golf Club measures out to a whopping 7,351 yards, which makes it one the longest golf courses in Ohio. The layout covers over 350 acres of woodlands interspersed with 21 ponds and three rambling creeks. Water is definitely a prominent presence on the course but there are also 41 sand bunkers strategically placed throughout. Being such a lengthy golf course, long hitters will have a chance to shine but sharp short game skills and accuracy are also vital to getting a good score. The versatile NorthStar layout is made even more playable with five different sets of tees that accommodate golfers of all skill levels. The semi-private course is open to guests everyday and the club offers all the extra amenities of a private club including an expansive heated pool and two tennis courts.

Overall this course was amazing. Would 10/10 play again and recommend to everyone
Always a pleasure.....unless it's windy.
It's in nice shape. Good test of golf. Bunkers could use a little sand but most public courses are struggling with that.
Greens were rolling nice. Good shape.
They were resurfacing the paths with new Asphault whilst I was there.
I always enjoy it unless it's windy, which is frequently. Quite a few of the holes are pretty exposed if it blows. I always check the weather before booking.
Beautiful course
This course is excellent. Sets up well to challenge the most experienced golfer yet forward tees keep things interesting for the seniors as well.
For a mid afternoon round the pace of play was very slow. There was no starter to adjust groups for more efficient play nor and monitoring of the pace of slower players.
Still would go back in a heartbeat to play this course again.
Green were in good condition. Challenging layout. Wide open play. Had a great time
New Favorite
First time playing this course and it may be my new favorite. I really enjoyed the layout of the course and the beautiful scenery as well. The staff is working hard to get the course in shape and look to be doing some sod repairs to a few holes but still is a must play even with some ground under repair
Course was wet but great layout. The $5/ person fee from Golfnow was too high.

Course is in great shape except for the temp. green on #2. Everything else is ready to play summer shape!!!!

I'd recommend this facility to everyone that enjoys the game and a challenge. Staff was wonderful. Course was in excellent shape for the amount of rain this week. I appreciate the effort of everyone at Northstar.

Great condition and some interesting and unusual holes, especially the par 5's! My only complaint is the #2 green, too small, extremely hard to make the ball stick.
Nice Layout - Fast Greens
Driving through Columbus and had a good deal on LastMinute Golfer to play here. Perfect weather and no one else on course (first Monday in November). Interesting and fun layout. Course was in pretty good shape for the time of year. Six sets of tees from 5000 to 7500 yds. Rough wasn't penal; greens are fast but consistent with a fair amount of break; as with many courses, folks don't repair ball marks. Numerous well-tended bunkers with white sand. Only downside: no GPS in carts and on a few holes (#6 and 10), driving ball through fairway is a possibility (my drives are about 240, played from green tees). I was impressed and would eagerly play again.
Very enjoyable golfing experience
Fairways were lush with little burnout. Greens were fast. Could use more directional signs to holes. Restrooms on back nine were closed!! Enjoyed the course.
Great Challenging Course for the Better Player
The course was setup with extremely tough pin placements and very long rough. Not much fun for a weekend hacker if he is looking to put up a low score.
Greens were bumpy and needed to be rolled. Extremely fast greens for a public course.
