Jasper Hills Golf Club
About
A TRUE REBIRTH, A BRAND NEW BEGINNING. Originally opened in 2000 as “Sebastian Hills”, the 18 hole course was unique with its creative layout and concrete cart paths and brought in many, many golfers over the nearly two decades that it was open. The course closed permanently after the 2017 season. After numerous attempts to sell, the course overgrew and seemed completely hopeless to return as the years ticked by. But then in 2021, a new hope was sparked. Local residents decided to take a chance on this 18 hole dream. Their love for the beauty of the land the course sits on inspired them to bring it back to life. It truly was a mountain of an undertaking, but they were up for the challenge. The course has new owners, new vision, new business plan, new everything but the beautiful piece of property the course sits on. The course remains the same layout but nearly every other aspect has been been given new attention and love.

Good lay out
Greens were in great shape, even though a little slow. Course needs another year of good care after just opening. Friendly clubhouse staff. They were a little overbooked with tee times.
Course ratings
Not a bad place just needs a little more attention
New favorite course
I've played some nice courses in the area this year, creek, c-ville, hearherwood, etc. I have to say they have done an incredible job out here fixing this place so fast. It was beautiful, challenging, and with a price of $35 for a prime time tee off, can't beat it! The price and quality make this my favorite course in the dayton area right now.
Revamped Course Done Well
Needs a couple years to be back in tip-top shape. Impressive for first year though. Challenging, but fair. Nothing around it.
Greens are smooth, if a little sandy and thin (careful while repairing). Carts are fantastic! As with most courses, pace is mostly monitored at the start, not do much throughout.
I will be coming back.
Fun challenge.
Just go play it once and you'll fall in love. Challenging, yet fun layout thats still coming into its own. About an hour from my house but was well worth the Biden gas price heist to go and play.
Expected much more!
Course is full of blind shots from the tee box and approach shots to the greens. I can see why it closed years ago. It I s also as hard as a rock from tee to and including the greens. It is a nice layout for a walk through natural beauty but not a round of golf. Just my opinion...you may love it!
First impression
Course is a bit out there. Heard from some locals that the new ownership was doing great things with it. Course fairways and greens had recently been aerated when I played. Overall in pretty good shape despite the aeration. Greens held decently and rolled well. Still needs a bit of work around the course, for example several of their bunkers are not filled with sand and rather filled with weeds and chunky grass. One of the best prices around for riding 18 and I would go back again
Did not honor the Golf Now Price
Love this course but they would not honor the price I reserved on the Golf Now App.... I will still come back but thought that was a little off....
Great course!
Played this course when it was Sebastian Hills in the past. So glad it is back and better than ever. Great mix of hills and flat and wide open and narrow, tight shots. Staff is friendly and great on site restaurant open now too.
