Jasper Hills Golf Club
About
A TRUE REBIRTH, A BRAND NEW BEGINNING. Originally opened in 2000 as “Sebastian Hills”, the 18 hole course was unique with its creative layout and concrete cart paths and brought in many, many golfers over the nearly two decades that it was open. The course closed permanently after the 2017 season. After numerous attempts to sell, the course overgrew and seemed completely hopeless to return as the years ticked by. But then in 2021, a new hope was sparked. Local residents decided to take a chance on this 18 hole dream. Their love for the beauty of the land the course sits on inspired them to bring it back to life. It truly was a mountain of an undertaking, but they were up for the challenge. The course has new owners, new vision, new business plan, new everything but the beautiful piece of property the course sits on. The course remains the same layout but nearly every other aspect has been been given new attention and love.

Near perfect outing
The staff was exceptional! The food, even better. The course at Jasper Hills was a little straight and narrow at times, but offered some challenging holes. I really enjoyed the verity in their Par 3 holes. If you have a slice, you're sure to lose some balls. Overall it was a great outing and I'll definitely go back.
Jasper Hills
4 groups on one hole. Slow play. Sometimes a ranger is needed to move things along. We’ll be back though because we love the course and the people. Thanks
Great course
Worth the drive. Course is in great shape and love their special days. The new restaurant extension with patio is now open and food is great!
Blind
A few holes with blind shots have to run up and check so your not hitting into people. Causes a lot of back ups. And slow pace of play
Hidden Gem
This hidden gem of a course will not be that way for long. Great course with an awesome club house and restaurant. We didn't have time to eat, but it was packed for a Tuesday night. We played the course once before and also had a great time. You can't beat it for the price. We will be back!
Love this course
I've played this course 6 times this year and every time has been a pleasure.
18 toughest hole in Ohio
This course lives up to the 132 slope very tight and unforgiving. A cerebral course but still fun to play. When you complete the course you are ready for the 19th hole.
Great Customer Service
I played 8 holes (loved the course, in great shape), then my back poped and I coudln't continue. They gave me a rain check for 10 holes (don't know of many courses that would have done that). I'm definitely looking forward to playing again in the near future.
They take the fun out of it
Overall, the course is in decent shape, though I will say the greens look bad. Endless ball marks either not fixed at all, or poorly fixed and left an ugly black mark. And I do mean endless! Every green is scarred.
And perhaps thats why they continuously pester you with repeated reminders popping up on the display screen of the golf cart reminding you to fix your ball marks. They have a major problem, and they know it, so the reminders are understandable.
Well on the way to becoming a great golf course!
For how far this place has come on its return to greatness this is already a very good place to play! Super fun layout with some openness but still lots of trouble and a shot makers course. Greens have nice challenge as well! Course is in very good condition except for some bunkers needing fresh sand and some having none at all. Very nice carts with GPS . Pace of play iat 4pm Tuesdays thru Thursdays has been typically 3.5 to 4 hours per round . Staff is very friendly and does a nice job accept the drink cart does not seem to exist. They are also putting in a new 19th hole and the food there is already great. I am thrilled I have this place to play- you need to come check this place out!!
8/1/23
Course was in good condition Greens were very fast Played the first nine in 11/2 hours things backed up on the second nine and was 5 - 10 minutes waiting to tee off on each hole What happened to the ranger I’ll never know
Challenging course
Several holes have narrow shot between trees and blind shot. Hope some holes that are cart path only don’t stay that way
