Glad this course is back!
I have always liked the layout of this course. It has some fun looks, challenging holes, ( I would say some easy holes but there are no easy holes).
However, due to the ownership of the course, sometimes the conditions would slip.
I have played Indian Ridge 4 times this years and I'm glad to report that the course is back. If you are coming from Cincinnati, it is worth the 15 additional minutes in the car. The pace of play is almost always pretty good and therefore makes it worth the drive. There are a few other course that stack players up like cord-wood and that kills the experience. .
I have never written a review on Golf Now before, but I felt compelled to do so. I see some of the reviews from years ago and while I think those reviews were fair at the time, they no longer apply.
In all fairness, the sand-traps need lots of work, but I can see that they are under repair. So, if you love the sand, you might not like this at this time.
Everything else, I really enjoy.
Spring
Love this course. Always in great condition. From the pros manager on down, staff are helpful and cheerful. Great great place to swing a club.
Really, really solid for the price.
It’s in great condition, the layout is fun, the range is nice. Everything about it just screams expensive but it’s rather reasonable. Go here.
Simple, Pretty Course
Well kept course with a few pretty holes. Fairway and rough was well taken care of but not great. Greens were wonderful and ran true. It’s far from where I live, but if I was closer I’d certainly play more!
It was the day of the eclipse
But that doesn’t mean when I book a 2:12 tee time the pace of play should make me finish the 18th at 7:15pm. that’s a little ridiculous and also I got rushed across the 10th tee box because they had group of league players waiting.
Continues to impress
This was probably the best manicured course in Cincinnati I have played this year. The greens ran true and were quite fast for this time of year. Their groundskeeper does an outstanding job. Restaurant was not open but you could get drinks. A great all around venue.
Course in great shape
Nice course in great shape . Old men need to quit looking for balls every hole .Pace of play would be much faster.
Nice and windy but fun
Windy day but course in excellent shape. Challenging greens but manageable. Great warm day for November
