Magnolia Landing
I think they have let this course go in a bad way. The bunkers have very little sand and you can tell by the dark color not really sand anymore and down to base rock (not all but most of them) The greens had big patches of green sand which is sand with fertilizer to get growth but at this price point should not be in that shape or drop the price accordingly for these conditions...... There are a lot more better course at this price point that are in much better condition. $105 after 3 PM Got to be top notch and sadly Magnolia is just not.
Not worth the money.
Nice layout, but they have definitely let the course condition go down hill. Several greens had large patches of dirt across them. Look elsewhere to spend your money.
Enjoyable
Enjoyed our round and finished in 4 hrs and 10 minutes. Staff very friendly.
Good Course.
Good course, 4 hour round, some of the greens are in rough shape.
Seems to be a common theme at many courses in the area.
February Golf TRip
We play this course once per year. When we first started playing it 10+ years ago, we loved the layout and the surrounding area. Although the layout is the same, the surrounding area is being taken over by housing developments. It was very hard to get tee times 7 days in advance.
Very good course enjoyed it but we started on the back and when we got to the first hole there was a group in front of us they put a party in front of us, one things, that’s the wrong way to keep players coming back that fact alone I won’t play there again. But it is a nice course.
