Wow! Not in a good way
I have played this course for over 10 years and have never seen it in this bad of condition. Usually you can't get in the parking lot and this day we pulled in and were surprised when we saw very few cars in the lot. Upon hitting our tee shots, we realized why no one was there. The Tee boxes are rock hard and the fairways have been taken over by crab grass. The greens are great, but extremely slow. I'm not sure what happened to this course, but if I lived in Cocoa Beach and my tax dollars were going here I would not be happy with the conditions. Maybe the city is going to bulldoze it and build another parking garage? I'm not really sure of what is going on here except I won't be coming back and don't recommend anyone that actually plays golf to come here.
Needs a little TLC
Course is in ok shape. Greens are very good, smooth but not terribly fast. Very open course, some water but not terribly difficult. Fairways and tee boxes are in need of some work but still very playable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.
Still In good Condition
played in near perfect low wind conditions, greens for the most part are immaculate and roll true. fairways are very green with consistent grass, tougher course esp with water in play on many holes and par 3s especially
Amazing deal.
Love the course. Staff was friendly, the price was right, and the greens were in great shape. Plus i played good golf, so i can’t wait to go back.
Good Greens; Hard Pan Fairways
Lack of rain until recently has done its damage to fairways.
excellent choice
I've played savannah's and Turtle Creek while here on vacation. Cocoa Beach CC was so much better with grass and not sand allover. The only issue is the sand traps, not good sand for a golf course.
Decent Course - Nice Bar
Cocoa Beach County Club is a nicely maintained course that is fun. However, it seems to lack the character of some other area courses.
The bar and restaurant area is nice.
Had a great time golfing Cocoa Beach Country Club
We were a group of two and we were fortunate to be able to golf with another couple who know the course well. We not only had a great time golfing, but made new friends too! Enjoyed the challenges the course has to offer😎
Bad Service
I paid the Golf Now service fee online and my confirmation stated that $90 for 3 golfers was due to be paid at the course. We were told at the course clubhouse that we needed to pay $96 because there was a glitch with Golf Now and the information was no updated, My online statement was for $90 and we were forced to pay $96.
Enjoyable Courses !
My son and I play here at least 3-5 times per month .We enjoy playing the different nines, all 3 unique and different. We love the breeze off the Banana River and courses are cut tight and greens are generally somewhat fast. The drought has been tough on tee boxes but the courses are generally in good shape.Good value for the money. ⛳️😃
GOAT TRACK
Wouldn't let my dogs play on this goat track, a complete rip off for $60.00. You think they would take care of the place with that kind of price.
Coastal Golf w breeze
Played here w my son many times. On a great weather day with a light breeze it’s a joy ! PlAying River course 9 along the Banana River you get great golf right in front of you with bunkers and undulating greens. On the Lakes 9 it’s wide open with a few water hazards here and there and greens more scoreable. On the Dolphin 9 you have some target golf over hazards and water here and there with great greens that you must pay attention on. Course is always cut tight in very good shape. Tee boxes need grown in and leveled off - that would be my small complaint. Otherwise always enjoyable and run well by the staff ! ⛳️
