Key West Golf Club

My wife and I made a tee time for a Tuesday morning. We did not realize that the course doesn't accept tee times for nine holes only. When we checked in at the club house, we stated that we were there for our nine hole round and the desk guy informed us that they didn't allow nine hold reservations. This was our mistake for not researching their policy ahead of time. We were charged for two eighteen hole greens fees when we reserved.

We asked for a refund, as my wife's physical condition is not the best and she didn't want to play 18. The course manager came out of his office and firmly
informed us that we were within the 24 hour window of our tee time and that their policy did not allow for cancellations.

We decided to go ahead and just play nine. We were paired with a good golfing couple and enjoyed the nine. However, the course was jammed and play was very slow.

I realize that most people who book here do so for eighteen holes and their policy isn't a problem. Lesson learned for us but the overall attitude by the club house guys was poor.

Nice course but have to share rides of cart.Needs be in the $50-$70 range for that type course

Staff was somewhat rude. Felt as if they were not interested in helping. There were very slow golfers ahead and the ranger (the only friendly person working there) could not get them moving quicker. Other than that, the course was very well maintained. It was a fun track. I look forward to playing there again.

Was down for a week and played 3 times.
Didn't have high expectations as it's the only course around and figured it would be beat to crap.
Place is in great shape.
The rental clubs were fine and the staff couldn't have been nicer.
As others have said there are some rocks in the bunkers but just move em. It's really not that big of a deal.

Overpriced, super unfriendly check in guy, Eric maybe?. Drink cart girl was great though!

That Eeyore you have checking people really knows how to suck the fun and energy out of the room

The course was in poor shape, the grass was longer than usual and nothing was said by the staff that the greens were sanded

Played a round with the family to cap of our Florida Keys vacation. Definitely a highlight!

For the only course within 40ish miles of Key West, this course is fairly priced. The bunkers could be better, but I enjoyed the layout of the course.

Greens good, sand traps terrible some hard other soft and lots of stones.

Only course available in Key West. Definitely overpriced for what it represents. Sand traps shocking stones and no sand in places. Fairway ok greens good. T boxes good.
