About
Park Ridge Golf Course transformed what was formerly the site of the Lantana Landfill into a popular municipal course. Construction began on this unique undertaking in 2004 and the end result was certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Sanctuary. The course climbs up to 85 feet, making it one of the highest golf courses in the county. It has a links-style layout that rolls across a variety of elevation changes, offering plenty of stunning views along the way. Such a contoured and hilly course is a rare occurrence in Florida. The golf course provides a challenge with some very tricky par 3s, several blind shots due to the rolling terrain, and strategically placed traps throughout but there are no water hazards except for one lateral hazard. There is also thick rough framing many of the holes.

Not For $50
Soggy playing conditions and worn, blazing fast greens that did not run true diminished an otherwise pleasant trek around the old landfill. Beverage cart service was excellent, as were pro shop staff and starter. Cart attendants less so. Basic snack bar closed shop way too early. A good deal for $30 or so.
Great place
Great time with a buddy of mine..went out as a twosome no problem..nice breeze some funky views ..overall. descent shape..hope it stays that way.....The Dump..in a good way....
One of the Best
I’ve been playing Parkridge for years. It keeps getting better and better. Great fairways and Greens. Great Staff as well !
nice unique course
Fairways are as good as any around, Greens are only average ,but would be nicer if golfers would fix their ballmarks. Great staff !!!
Nice golf course
The greens are excellent. Fairway is in very good condition. Teeboxes are good. Enjoyable track to play. Accuracy is a must.

Love “The Dump”
I love playing here. The course is in great condition right now. We played in 3 1/2 hours, so the pace of play was great

Good course with different elevations . Course is in great shape and greens are good great staff lots of fun playing there.
Challenging course with elevation differences
The beauty of the course is the undulating terrain that challenges one to hit many shots without seeing where you are hitting. The grass on fairways in. the front nIne is very different compared to the back nine where is is fairly standard. But the greens on the front nine are surprisingly fast. The interspersed water bodies add to the attractiveness though they are not a part of the challenge. Some more signage to holes will be helpful. Overall enjoyed the course. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
