About
Lake Worth Beach Golf Club borders the Intracoastal Waterway for just over a mile. There is no shortage of scenic courses in south Florida but this one still manages to stand out. Many of the holes run parallel to the Intracoastal, offering beautiful views and a cooling breeze. The golf course has a classic Florida layout. At just over 6,100 yards, it is not a long course but it still manages to feel like one. There is strategic bunkering along the greensides and water hazards come into play on a few holes. With generous fairways and no forced carries, it is accommodating enough for a range of skill levels but it still offers a fair challenge. The golf course offers a quick and challenging round for more advanced players but gentle enough for beginners.

It was just okay, I expected it to be nicer
Drove an hour from Fort Lauderdale as the on-line reviews were pretty good. Course was just ok, not that great, tee boxes are awful and have huge crowns and dirt. Greens were hard to score on. Restaurant was nice.

Enjoyable course
Open course with some water hazards, nothing that bad greens are in good shape, fairways ok, tee boxes need work. Friendly staff

Old Style Florida Course
So pace of play was great. Under 4 hours. Course was in decent shape. Tee boxes are crowned so difficult to get a level lie for your teashop. Greens are slower but they run true. Just not the same value as Okeeheelee or Park Ridge. The restaurant does have one of the best hamburgers in SoFlo and the service is great.

Picturesque golf course
Great day on the course. This is my second time playing here in two years, and I will return. There are picturesque holes along the intercoastal waterway. This is a very playable course for any level golfer. Some tee boxes are in rough shape, but they are being worked on. The rest of the course and the greens were in great shape.
Overall this was a great value for a good day on the golf course.
