Timber Greens
Course was very wet with all the rain we had over the last 3-4 days,Rough was 3-4 inches high made it hard to find your ball if you missed the fairway. The greens were in great condition. They should be able to get the mowers out over the couple days.Looking forward to going back next week/
Still Recovering from heavy rain
Greens were puttable, some fairways quite dry, others still muddy which is normal for August in Florida. Overall, a fun course to play, shorter than most but challenging doglegs and angles.
First time
First time playing here but won’t be the last! With the exception of a few holes that were a bit soggy from the recent rain, the course was in excellent condition. Tee boxes and fairways were very nice and the greens rolled fast and true. Even though we got rained on for a bit, we really enjoyed the round. We will definitely be back.

It was such a thrill to be back at Timber Greens. The course was in beautiful condition...nearly pristine. We look forward to our next TG round!
3 hour rounds are always fun.
Course was pretty wet, but a nice layout. The cart seats were to most comfortable seats we have every sat in. Played front 9 in 1 hr. 12 minutes.
We hit a backup on back 9. As a twosome we knew we would hit a snag. However, a very slow foursome were not waving us through so we skipped a hole to allow for a good time on the back.
Excellent course, Lousy weather
Under normal conditions, this is an excellent course. However, on this day course should have been closed!! The course was extremely wet with standing water on many fairways. It was raining from light to moderate the entire round. The greens were in excellent shape and surprisingly fast considering wet conditions. Only reason we played today under lousy weather conditions was course was open and could not get GolfNow refund.. Looking forward to playing under better weather and course conditions,
Very Wet
I arrived to the course at a time when the whether was looking good and got through about 13 holes before me and my playing partner got absolutely dumped on. The course was in very good shape and the greens were phenomenal. Fairways were cut nicely and the rough was not overgrown whatsoever. This course is relatively short but has enough twists and turns to test a golfer of any skill level. The 18th hole is a great hole, Open tee shot with a forced carry over conservation on your approach. Great way to cap off a round. The staff were very friendly, they even escorted us to a hole further ahead so that we could avoid getting caught behind a league tournament. I had a great time and will continue to play this golf course.
Nice Greens, breaks are hard to read
This is a short but challenging course with tight doglegs on many holes. Greens are receptive but hard to see to the breaks around the hole.
Great course
Best greens in Tampa area. Short course but in wonderful shape.
Short but fun
Course is in very good shape. Greens are soft, but roll true, and are fairly quick. Got this course on a hot deal, so I couldn't have been happier. Give it a try!
Great course
Course was in GREAT shape & the greens were fast & in fabulous shape.
It was extremely hot & there was PLENTY of water.
Favorite course
Course is fun to play and in great shape. The16th hole befuddles me every time but I look forward to playing again.
Nice course
Course is well-maintained, greens track very well, it’s not overly challenging with (mostly) generous fairways and decent landing areas. Carts are the nicest I’ve seen anywhere in the area - plush seating, charging ports for phones, multi-function display with gps and course map. Mower crews do tend to be a bit intrusive on players.
