Great value
Great course for the value and the extras the golf carts have are awesome(gps and radio on the carts)
Highly recommend
Great course in New Port Richey! Must play if your in the area. Great conditions. Multiple tees for all levels of play. Beautifully maintained with state of the art golf carts featuring your distance and picture of hole with layout.
punched and sanded
Course usually better but recently punched and sanded so slow greens, fairways balls come to rest in holes so just needs rain and a couple weeks. Short course that is fun and challenging on some holes especially for shorter hitters.
Nice little course
Found a hot deal for $25 at 7:45am to play this course. First time I’ve played in about 6 months so wanted something relatively cheap to shake some rust off. The course itself is very short, just over 6K yards from the tips, but overall was pretty well taken care of with it being a semi-private course. Very few issues with the fairways and rough. Greens were just recently aerated so can’t really comment on them but my guess is they’re pretty slow even in pristine condition. There was one green on the front 9 with quite a few bare spots but appears they’re working on it. Layout of the course was ok. A lot of holes seemed to favor a right to left shot shape. You can find yourself in trouble on some holes with the water. A few of the fairways get really tight in the optimal landing areas so if you’re having an off day with the driver/wood/long iron, then you can lose quite a few balls here. Overall though, course is pretty easy, nothing really challenging about it. Course seemed to be missing some pizzazz with a signature hole or just the overall course layout. I shot a 90 (I was a 10 handicap as of a year and a half ago but have since stopped keeping track due to family and house renovations) with relative ease after not playing for a while. I would not mind playing again but not for more than $30.
Great course
The course was great. Some challenging holes and unexpected water hazards. I’ll definitely will play here again
Short Course with some difficult doglegs
Nice greens but on the slow side. Fairways are decent with good amount of grass. Tee boxes need some TLC after high season play. The course is quite short but has numerous holes with difficult doglegs forcing choices as to clubs to get over trees or simply rely on excellent wedge play. Best bet is use the driver on par 5s and a couple par 4s. The rest are easily handled with hybrids off the tee and short irons/edges into the greens. Greens are large but do not break as much as they look.
Wow, great course
Greens were fast but true, grass in the fairways. The two traps that I was in, was easy to get out of because sand was well maintained. Highly recommend this course.
A little narrow
Absolute best fairways around. Greens were a little fluffy but rolled true.
Excellent conditions
The first time we played this course and we were very impressed with the conditions, particularly the greens which are larger than average. Would definitely play again a d highly recommend it. The golf carts are fairly new and have padded leather seats.
New favorite course
17 of the best greens I've seen in this area. One green on the front 9 had a couple of sparse spots but still a decent green. The fairways were very good, the staff was friendly, the practice green was true and the beer at the 19th was cold. If they had a driving range, the place would be perfect. It will definitely be in our rotation.
Don't waste your money
If you Google "Prototypical Florida Sr. Golf Living", this place will be high on the list.
The golf course was a joke. 6100 yards from the back tees ... most which, didn't have any grass on them.
The fairways didn't have much grass, either. The Greens at least had grass, but they putted more like Velcro.
This course was supposedly designed by an Architect Ron Garl, but he must have been having a bad day.
Avoid this course, unless you get a $10 "Hot Deal".
Great course
A very well organized golf community course! Greens were well taken care of and excellent care of fairways. Up to date carts and superior staff make this course well worth the visit!

On this cooler Florida day we thoroughly enjoyed our round of golf. Layout, pace, comfy/smart carts...what's not to enjoy!
Amazing greens
This course had the best greens that I’ve played in a while, soft to land on and hold and they rolled true. The carts we amazing they had gps satellite radio and comfortable seats. The course had some tight holes and some very generous landing areas.. The tee blocks could use some work and same for the fairways but other that that I would go back.
