Unfriendly atmosphere
Staff was focused on making sure you stayed away from members and had little interest in outside players. The practice area for non-members was in horrible shape and lacked enough balls to accomodate the players.
A good golfing experience.
The course plays very tough. Fast, elevated and undulating greens. Lots of sand traps. Big sand traps. Water comes in to play on several holes. Still, a great golfing experience.
A course offering a great round of golf with your pick of challenge.
The greens are set high with lots of chances to read them. Course is rather forgiving depending on your choice of tee. Beautiful atmosphere and well kept. Really worth the money. We go back whenever we can.
Nice layout. The pace was very slow. It is an 8 out of 10 for difficultly.
Nice fairways and nice layout. But there are some impossible chip shots to the green - locations on either side or back of a green. The greens were rock hard and it was hard to stop anything that hit them. There were no rangers to speed play. The card girl was ugly. The staff was nice.
Nice Track
75.0 from the second tee and 7700 and 77.9 from the back of the bus. All You Can Eat.
Gimmicky
No one in our foursome liked this course. All the greens are elevated and we had difficulty making any approach shots stick since we weren't familiar with the greens. The scenery wasn't great either; just kind of a boring course that seemed to punish good shots way too often. Play the Talon instead.
Bring your "A" game
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff to load up our bags. They have a nice driving range and practice green for guests. The course lay out was nice however the greens were brutal. They rolled very fast and the undulations on most greens seemed a little extreme. The fairways were in nice shape as was most of the course. In a nutshell the course was good but the greens seemed allmost unfair. I shot my highest round in a very long time and most of the big numbers were on the greens. ENJOY!
Must play course
Must play course. Mostly open fairways to large elevated greens. Good luck getting up and down. Need to play a few times to get a feel for where to hit drives and best approaches to the greens. Very challenging. Great condition. Enjoyable round with friends. Will play again.
Nice
The only "CON" I can think of is the distinct line drawn by the club between guest and owners, different driving range, off limit parking for guests.
great deal
why anyone would play anywhere else in the naples idont knowplayed both coures both in very good shape and cheaper than the public courses in the area had a great time staff was very accomadating plan on playing agian
Great conditioned course with very difficult greens!
This course was in excellent conditions. Greens and fairways were perfect. The fairways are fairly generous but the greens make the course a real challenge. It was a real pleasure to play and I will defintely be back.
Fantasic course
Very difficult green. Not easy to read breaks. Course needs a good course management.Main problem is to find right position on green to have an good putting position.
Attention:Review is valid only for Eagle Course!

Greens Fast but some of the best I have ever played. All in all it was a great day
only bad comment was we were not told it was cart path only for all 18 holes.Reason the LPGA has a tournment there next week so it's understandable but there was another course on site we could have played @ 72 it was a little difficult and made the round long
Nervewracking!
This couse has a great layout and it is in a good location. However, the staff and crew were clearly engaged in preparation for the LPGA event scheduled for 11/15 to 11/18/2012. This circumstance caused the course to be very noisy-including workers standing on the greens when approaching the holes, carts and ATV's to be driving by while playing and for background conversations to be overheard while one is taking a backswing.
I can not comment on the rest of the experience because of the distractions. I will watch the tournament on television to see how the professional golfers like it.
This course has some interesting character.
The Eagle is fairly challenging, with large, undulating greens that are quick, but roll true. The course also features a number of well-placed bunkers and for fun, a very driveable par 4. Be careful, though, hitting the green is the easy part.
Very challenging without frustrating the average golfer.
Enjoyed our round very much. Be sure to practice your chipping before hand! Lots of uphill chips to very undulating greens!
Every hole has its own challenge. Play the course the pros play.
If you can get a discount at this course jump on it. It is the best 'Golf Now' course that I have played so far. Free range before tee off and group spacing is good. The fairways are in excellent condition and the greens are fast and roll true. Don't expect to score well from your usual tees. So, move up or a tee block and enjoy the day and the relaxing views.
By far the nicest and most challenging course I have ever played.
Nicely kept property. All areas were beautifully landscaped. The greens were very difficult to read making putting challenging.
Great course, fast greens, ball runs true
Great course. 5 sets of tee boxes can make the course as challenging as you want. Forgiving fairways but need to make good shots into the greens. Greens where fast and putts ran true. Nice scenery , homes on the course but not to close to the fairways. Beautiful club house only except credit card at pro shop and club house. If you're in Naples Fl. a must play.
Well worth a visit!!
Greens were awesome - they are preparing for an LPGA event - it will be great to see how the tour girls compare to our efforts - highly recommended
"All Restrooms were closed!"
I read this and thought OH YEAH! We ran into the same thing.
But we figured it out on our own because they don't tell you this in the pro shop. There are 2 keys on the key ring for the golf cart. The 2nd key is to unlock the bathrooms!
