Bluewater Bay Resort - Marsh Course

BWB is making a comeback, course is getting better, the greens are very true and roll nicely. The day we played was extremely cold and windy so we played at our own pace which was great. A couple holes still need some TLC but overall a lot of good holes with a sold nine holes of golf on the Bay Course, a very good value for the money. Would recommend

The last time I played this course I was somewhat disappointed. I have played it off and on for several years and the last time it had definite issues on the greens and fairways. I was somewhat concerned about bringing some different friends for this outing. Well I was pleasantly surprised at the improvements since my last visit. I hope to play here again soon.

It is getting better. Greens are good and fairways are spotty. I would say it is a good $30 course now.

We have not played for a long while, but after hearing about the big improvements, we gave Blue Water Bay another look. We had a wonderful 9 holes (Marsh Course), which has done a 180 from over a year ago. Our spouses enjoyed it and my brother and I, who are avid golfers on the panhandle, had a blast playing, because of the good conditions. Bunkers were groomed, the rough was thin, but the tree lined fairways helped with that, no breaks:-) Fairways could not be blamed for bad shot, for the most part were ok. The greens were the most improved and rolled very nicely! $30 for nine holes is definitely worth the time and effort to drive to Blue Water Bay. Did not play the Bay 9 holes, so I will not comment until we do! Nice carts and friendly staff! No driving range but very nice practice green in front of the club house. Carry drinks and snacks with you from the clubhouse before you play!

This course is a great find. Greens and fairways were in great condition. It is a very unique layout, short course and have to plan each tee shot. Couple holes by the bay have awesome views. Would definitely play again.

Even though we played this course cart path only twice...Our Golfing experience was great! Course layout and maintenance was good...Thanks to everyone for a great day on the course

What an excellent turn around this course is making!!! Had a blast with some buddies as the golf course is really starting to take shape with the overseed. Looks amazing and the greens are starting to roll better. Some holes are stuggling but I'm sure they will turn around as well. Would recommend this golf course in its current condition. Price was just right =)

Most of the greens were of average speed. Only a few of the greens were not smooth with defects. Fairways and tees were well maintained.

Really nice layout and friendly staff. However, the front 9 greens were in horrible shape. Back 9 greens were in better shape but just ok at best.

Honestly, im not sure what was worse. From the tee boxes being nothing but sand hardly any grass, or the greens that may or may not have grass on them at all. This place would be fun if they cared about it. Sad

Fairways and greens were terrible . I know they just arriated but this was not worth the time or money. Hopefully they will get their act together.
