- very friendly staff
- diversified courses
- fast greens
- great sports bar
there has been a lot of rain lately, so under those circumstances, the course was not in to bad a condition. the rough was to high and the fairways had way to much crabgrass growing everywhere. In general, the condition of the course was in dyer need of some TLC. It is obvious that this course has been neglected for too long. It is a shame to because it is laid out well, and is a beautiful course. The bunkers had very little sand, mostly just raked up dirt, much like Club Med. It is going to take a lot of work to get this course in good condition. I gave it two stars instead of one because of the beauty of the course layout …. much potential.
Couldn't wait to leave
Played this course today for the 1st time and definitely the last. Arrived at Bag drop to drop clubs. Was asked if I had a tee time and said no. The old man was grumpy and made a smart comment in which he's lucky I didn't go off on him but I have more respect than that. Proceeded to pre shop and met with lady inside to pay for my round. She was very nice and polite. Was met by starter who was very nice as well. Proceeded to play my round. Tees are decent and could use to be mowed. The fairways were rough along with the bunkers. Not very well maintained. 17 put of 18 greens were nice. Greens are by far the best part of the course. Layout is fun. Not hard but makes you make shots. Got to the 10th tee box to people teeing off which means people started on 10 which is not cool. 15th tee and someone is there with a hoody on playing golf. Totally pathetic. Needless to say I will never stop foot on this course again.
Saints be praised!
I liked this course. Good, challenging layout, but not too tight.
Tees and fairways were in just fair condition but the greens were in very good shape. Trap sand good, too.
Pace of play was great, nobody in front of us. Our foursome of hackers finished in less than 4 hours.
The bar restaurant was busy and the patrons and employees were laid back, friendly. I heard they have great food, too.
A great deal for the ~$19 I paid.
My wife and I played today and enjoyed the layout. It worked perfect for both of us. Nice foursome offered to let us play thru but we declined. We wanted to soak in the views and weather. GPS units on carts are very informative. Fairways and greens were very firm which helped our distance and putts. Friendly staff helpful with our questions. Would recommend.
I like this course especially for the fantastic greens, but also you are always greeted with a smile and you always feel welcome.
It might not have the "wow" factor of a PGA village course, but it's a very honest layout and quality for your $$.
Great course for intermediate players. Wide and open — little water, fair amount of bunkers. Deep rough outside fairways. Overpriced for the most part but worth it on the lower end. Would definitely return.
Fun, fair moderately challenging track. Greens are some of the best you will find on any public course in south FL.
