About
With over 200 courses in Palm Beach County, architect John Sandford knew he would have to create something special to get attention. At Madison Green Country Club he did just that, creating a unique course that combines many of the best features from local courses, with a few surprises all its own.
Over a thousand palm trees line the course as do over 100 bunkers and 42 acres of shimmering lakes.
One very interesting aspect of the design is that not only does the course get longer as you move back in tees, but the shot angles also get increasingly challenging. This means that the good player not only has further to hit but must also place the ball more accurately on the fairway in order to set himself up for his next shot.
A young teen, his father, his mother and even his grandfather playing together from four different sets of tees will all experience a fair challenge for their respective games that still remains enjoyable!

All around Gem!
First time playing this course and immediately from the first staff member I meet to the goodbye from the beautiful bartender this place was great. Super helpful friendly staff all around. The course was in great condition and the greens rolled very true and quick. Tight fairways and tons of water makes it challenging but fun. A few tee boxes were a little rough but manageable. Highly recommend playing this course.

The conditions are very good and the lay-out is fantastic, i recommend this course.
Very Slow Play, Too Expensive
Had a 9:07 tee time, starter told us to go to the tee at 9:00. There was a group on the green, fairway and tee box. 9 holes played on 2:40. It was raining and had no patience to play 18 holes in 5+ hours. They charged $80 per player, fairways had many bare spots, bunkers not playable. Will never return.
Surprisingly good
this course is very strategic. There are a half dozen or so tees. Quite a bit of water to deal with. Sand traps are not well maintained. Substantial opportunities for risk reward decisions. Greens are in good shape...fairways are in winter mode.
I paid 40 dollars on a golf now special. Well worth it
wind and water
Blustery day with borrowed clubs made this a challenge. Greens were great, tee boxes and fairways need som love. Players got out of order on the turn and slowed play on back nine. Yardage markers were almost nonexistent….need gps on carts big time.
May look at Madison Again After Construction
Lot of building going on at Madison Green. Until this is all finished I would not play it again. Also the range implied we were at a carnival, not a golf course.
Enjoyable Experience
The Tee boxes need work but it has no effect on your your drive. It’s purely aesthetics. The fairways need grass growth .and improvement.The traps were well kept.
The greens were exceptional.
Website caused excess charge
I liked the course a lot.
But when I was booking for the next Monday the website changed the date to the day I was booking. It is impossible to contact the website to challenge the charge they have made for this error caused by their website. I duly played on the Monday and enjoyed the round. I noted that I could have booked the course direct for the same fee that this website charged.
Great course
All around a very good experience. Great staff, had a nice convo with Ron the starter. We rented clubs, Srixon’s, very nice. Course in good shape all around except some bunkers. Good layout, fun to play. Pace was 4hrs 10 mins. Would definitely play here again.
