What a great find in the Coachella Valley. Perfect greens, many many well groomed sand traps, and overseeded rough. Only course I've seen all winter with green fairways and rough. Looks like the new owners are doing a great job.
Well worth the drive from Palm Desert.

We have been playing this course since it opened in the 90's. It has never been in better condition. New sand in the bunkers, greens fantastic. New owners has made the effort to make this a first class golf course.

This was the 2nd time we golfed here this winter and totally enjoyed our round. The course is in great shape and we got a hot deal for the green fee. Will golf here again, the drive from Palm Springs is worth it.

Three of us played this course for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the round. The conditions were perfect, with nice sunshine and a light breeze. The course has a number of easy holes with a good number of challenging holes-lengthy par 3's and par 4's). We play most of our golf in the Palm Springs area, but would come back down to this course again- despite the 1 1/2 hr drive. The greens were incredible ! Best we have played on in years. I would say they were Tour quality ! Loved our day In Borrego Springs !!

Regretfully that day is very windy and cold so there was hardly anybody on the course, Course is in good shape.

Made the hour and a bit drive from Indio to what in the past has been a pleasant experience. Not this time. Course running behind, beyond slow. No Marshall to get things moving. No Beverage cart while only 91 degrees. Played 10 and 11 and was so fed up by pace we went over to the front nine and played 5 holes again before saying forget it. Sorry Borrego but you fell flat on your face this day. Doubt I’ll make that drive again.

Always visit Borrego Springs when we vacation at La Quinta rack February.

This year, it was obvious work had been done to improve conditions.
Will play another couple of times this winter.
Conditions are great.

We have been playing this course for four years. Course conditions have declined for the first three years. The new owners have funded the superintendent properly. Fertilizer, weed killer, sand has made a tremendous difference. Fairways are forgiving, Greens putt true, two boxes are level. Deals exist for people who want to play during prime time. A great getaway during the winter months . The staff is super accommodating. Only wish is to have a marshal who will try to keep the pace of play at 4 to 4 1/2 hrs..

The course was very enjoyable to play. The drive from Indian Wells took awhile.

We had a perfect round of golf! The course was in fantastic shape and the day was warm.

First game of 2018 so was as sharp as I could have been. Will play this course again.

First time golfing here. The course was in excellent condition, greens were perfect. Great value for what we paid. Definitely going to go back and play again. Beverage cart was on the course, all staff were very friendly and thanked us for picking Borrego Springs Resort to golf at. Although there are lots of sand traps they were great to hit out of. Can’t wait to take our friends there when they come out in March.

We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the great condition of the course. We were fortunate that the wind did not blow as it is likely to happen in this desert locale.
