bad
course is in worse shape than i have ever seen! fairways and greens are shot....not sure how they will get it back to what it was without shutting it down for a good 4 to 6 month complete overhaul
Course condition
Golf course was in very poor condition. Was really surprised how it has gone down hill from the last time I played it. Not sure why it has deteriorated as it has but I hope they can get it back to a playable condition. Great layout.

Great layout but greens hit by fungus
I've played here many times.
The Good:
Love the layout of this courses
Very friendly and helpful staff at the pro shop
Can't beat the lunch deal.
The back 9 in much better condition.
The bad:
The greens on the front 9 were hit hard by fungus. Putting is "poke and hope". They do look like they are repairing but it will probably be a couple of months.
The fairways on the front 9 are very thin. Typically they improve during the rainy season. Back 9 was much better.
Overall, I love the layout and the staff but until the greens come back it's hard to recommend.
Course needs work
I have played this course for many of years being a local to the area. I have seen it at its best and would have friends travel to play and be excited to have them play my local course. Now I have seen it at it worse and would not recommend anyone to play it for the price till they do something with at least the greens. I will be playing elsewhere till the conditions improve.
We were forewarned (by the pro shop staff) that the course was in bad shape due to the weather during the winter months. We went ahead & played because it was a beautiful day & we had a really inexpensive deal. The course definitely had some shakey spots (especially the greens). Quite a challenging course with lots of water & sand. We were given 2 coupons to come back in the fall. Hopefully we can do that!

Don't play this course now
The greens are in very bad shape basically unputtable...wait until June maybe for recovery. Generally, the front nine is tough to play and the back nearly impossible to play unless you have tremendous ability to land in limited in bounds locations. Out of bounds is a jungle or water, bring lots of golf balls.

Fun Time on a Windy Day!
Indian River is always a fun round and challenging course. Once the greens get into shape it will rejoin the upper level, moderate priced golf course options.

Big gators
Down from Canada and of course had to get gator photos and was lucky enough to spot two big boys. Golf was fun and lots of water so will be buying more balls.Course was in great shape except for the greens but this is an issue with most Florida tracks and I will be back !

Well worth the drive
Course was in good condition for this time of year. Greens were in good shape. Generous fairways and decent sized greens.

Course was overbooked, very slow pace , Corsley is really nice but the conditions were not good. Specially the greens.

Nice day and pace was fast
Weather was possibly going to rain so we chanced the round, weather held out and was beautiful day and very few other golfers, fast round!

Greens
Terrible, maybe next season. Too many bumps from little clumps of grass / weeds that you can’t avoid on every single putt. Hope it gets better soon.
