By far the worst golf course I’ve ever played !!!!!
The greens haven’t been cut for weeks the greens had moguls and the only grass on the courses on the greens and in the tee boxes
Horrible condition
I played this course several months ago and thought it wasn't too bad for the $10 Hot Deal. Summer came, maintenance left, and now they should pay me $10!! Just horrible from Tee Box to Green. Only a handful of Fairways were mowed, Green were as dry and parched as you could imagine, and the rough was knee high. Too bad, course has a very interesting layout, but its like playing a cow pasture.
Hot Day But Bearable
Outside of being very hot our 3 some had a very good round and not rushed so could relax and take our time with finding some shade every now and then. I look forward to playing a round again soon and look forward to when course conditions improve as the greens are in rough shape. Newly cut roughs were hard to find ball with clipping cover but the name of the game is stay in fairways so made us not clobber the ball but rather straight is great.
Ok Coruse To Get Some Different Conditions
Course needs water at most Tee's and Greens.
Good price for challenge. Carts are clean and dependable. Could use bathrooms at more locations rather than clubhouse and one other. Will play this course again if price is right cause close by and love the par 3 holes.
Very Basic Golf Course
The front 9 holes has a lot of water and forced carry over water. The back 9 is pretty much open except for a big gully and trees on a couple of holes.
The fairways were in bad need of mowing, and so was the rough. Bunkers were like concrete. The overall condition of the course was rather rough.
If you are just looking for a place to play at a low price and are not particular about course conditions, you might find this course acceptable, but don't expect neatly mowed fairways or smooth greens. It's just very basic golf. Two stars.
Nice course layout
The course was not in the best condition but playable. The cost to play mirrored the condition of the course ( fair )
Lot of fun
The cart was great. people on the course were very friendly. I golfed alone and 5-6 groups let me through. I golfed 18 holes in 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Tee box's and fairways are in bad. Shape (lack of grass). Could not play the 18 holes as we have to replay back nine per.

Course
I played this course with my son and grandson. What a GREAT experience. challenging and fair. Some difficult water hoels. I will diffidently be back. Great People, slow, nice pace. Nobody pushing or dragging. A GREAT experience for me

Nice little course interesting holes. Needs some tlc. Hard time finding your way from green to next tee. For the price it was ok I would play again.

Very Challenging Course. Course With Trees Lining Some Fairways With Narrow Fairways. When In Rough Was Mostly Hard Sand Or Blocked With Trees. Some Nice Water Par 3 Holes
Unusual layout
The course was good and challenging. Greens good. It is worth the trip
The best I can say is that I believe it meets the legal definition of a golf course.
Shady Brook has improved greens.
