This course is tight and lots of water
Staff not to friendly. Course not in good shape, lots of bare spots on fairways and tees. Greens in good condition but slow. Lots of difficult water holes.

Just a note.
They need a course ranger on the course to keep play moving. Staff personnel were great. Played five times and all was fine except this last time when I was behind two threesomes of younger golfers who had backed up the course with their play. Six players using four sets of clubs. Fairways need some help with water and grass. Hitting off of hard pan most of the time.

Going downhill fast
This is a great layout to challenge all aspects of your game. Unfortunately, Brevard county has seemingly given up on presenting the course as it should be. The greens have fairway grass creeping in at an alarming rate. Greens looked like they hadn't been cut for a few days. Even playing preferred lies gave not many options to improve the lie.

Pretty course, great water views and wildlife!
The course is very beautiful but the layout is very tight. A great course for the average golfer. Plenty of water on the back nine just plan your shots carefully. The staff is very friendly and helpful and other golfers are polite. We have enjoyed playing here several times this season.

Feb. golf
First time playing S Landing. Good test of golf with very tight fairways, lots of places to lose balls and water everywhere. Very busy, lots of unskilled golfers and pace of play was slow. Shorter executive course which played tough with the wind, and fog rolled in out of nowhere. Greens were very slow but interesting. Not much grass on the fairways, but typical for this time of the year. Excellent staff. Worth a play for sure- almost feels like Arnie is watching from above!

Need more course signs
Because the course is shorter and holes run parellel to each other, we got lost a couple of times even though we have been here 4 times. Just a few directional signs in a few places would be nice.

Super slow and poor condition
This course is a joke. The staff have no consideration for their patrons. They pack people in like sardines, and the price is not commensurate with the quality of the course. Their were 8 carts lined up at the first tee. Do yourself a favor and play aquarina (but also can be slow and crowded) or Habitat ( a true championship layout with new greens).

We teed off @ 11:20, regular time was 12:00 but got out early which was good because we only got in 15 holes because of rain but had a good time.
