Trump National Doral Miami - Great White Course

An excellent course and lots of water accenting the fairways. I really enjoyed the course and the unlimited driving range. The greens were fast and challenging and made it a very enjoyable play.

The condition of the greens was very deficient. Maybe it is because, as a staff member said, the course will be closed at the end of the year so that new buildings can be built on site.
The pace of play was fair. More than 4:45 hours due to the group in front of us.
I would not recommend this course.

As to be expected this course was more than beautiful. What's nice about this course is even if you are an amateur or just have a case of the jitters, there are plenty of other people just like you just wanting to play a nice course. I plan on returning soon to play the Blue Monster course. Wives will greatly appreciate the nice bathrooms throughout the course, along with the beautiful landscape.

Playing Doral for only $80 should be great, but not the white course. Greens are not in good shape. Rest of the course was nice and of course the clubhouse and overall experience are amazing. I just wouldn't recommend the white course. Not up to Trump standards.

The price is low because the greens are in poor conditions. No food cart on the course on that day???

Area was super busy with traffic, hard to find course, had to pay $18 to park!! Needless to say it was not the relaxing B-Day I intended it to be. It is a resort under construction, and I am in the hospitality business, so when someone could help me figure out where to park, drop my bag, check in, find my clubs and cart, etc. etc...... I gave them $5 ... What was a great hot deal plus my B-Bay 25% off easily became expensive .

I enjoyed most of the service personnel I encountered .... Just felt uncomfortable.

The best thing about the course was pace of play which was about three hours because there was nobody else playing it. The greens were fast but a little ratty, several bunkers were not raked. There was no starter, we did not get scorecards, and the bev cart appeared only once on the ninth green. My value rating is for the golf now rate, not the rack rate which is a joke.

Used 75 round bonus for threesome so value is hard to justify but overall glad we chose this course but would not play again. Arrived at Doral dropped bags at resort checkin, great experience, proshop guys great, starter worked us in a little early, very friendly staff. Driving range, short game practice area nice, didn't notice bunker practice area. Over to course, putting green and starter. Course layout pretty straight forward, no blind shots and visually enticing, nice course. Only a couple of holes that tee shot interaction is possible. Tees, fairways and two bunkers I was in were nice, greens were quick and roilled fine but alot of outisde grass appearance. Greens on smallish side and not much break. Would like to place the other courses if budget permits.

Definitely need to try the sister course of Blue monster if never play the Trump International Doral.

This place is impressively focussed on golf if somewhat OTT as you might expect from the name over the door. Pick up pricey drinks and a sandwich to go from the deli opposite the best locker room anywhere. We were a two-ball on the White from the blends which played long in the wind. Three courteous four balls let us through for a 3'40" round with GPS cart to ball conditions. Smallish greens look patchy but roll fast and true with not much break. Many of the clientele are too rich to repair their own pitch marks. A good spot for a last round before the airport but leave an hour as Miami's evening traffic locks in the rain.

But lots of construction currently. I would play this every week

I have never written a review but I felt after paying this much money my expectations where higher than the 40 dollar course I played two days before. GPS was set for the wrong course. Signs were terrible. On about three or four holes I was driving in circles looking for the next hole. Every green was covered with some type of weed.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Doral greens were the worst greens of all, even worst than most in Argentina. The place is beautiful, but as soon as yo get to the greens yo will get deeply disaponited. It's a shame.

Everything was excellent. I liked and enjoy it so much. Clearly will come back to play.

The course is perfectly maintained. The only negative is the directional signs that lead you from hole to hole. They are jumbled together and don't clearly provide direction to the next hole. Like anything Trump related, prepare to spend money. We ordered from the cart two regular turkey sandwiches, a beer, and a trump 16oz water bottle totaled $50.00. The staff is very friendly and the service was excellent. Pro shop is equipped with everything you need from a cap to a full set of clubs. I would recommend to friends and family.

Although they have a lot of remodeling of the other courses and facilities going on, the White course was beautiful! I have no complaints at all.
