Bad conditions

So sad to see such a nice course in such terrible conditions. It was like playing at a $9 a round course. Can’t believe I paid $65 to play on such a terribly maintained course. Weeds everywhere. Dead patchy grass. Just a really bad experience. This place needs a new manager or something asap or it’s never going to recover.

Horrible shape

This used to be a great course, very challenging layout. However, the owners refuse to put any money into it to take care of it. The greens are full of poanna, the sand traps are horrible, and the fairways are bare no full of weeds. Don’t even get me started on the tee boxes! It has so much potential but again ownership just sucks money and doesn’t care about the condition. Also, the driving range has old balls and a mix of found balls that they stamp with “practice” on them. Just so disappointing!!

Great afternoon

Played with my son and had a really good time. They have a junior rate, so it was a great value. Challenging layout in the windy conditions.

The Course is not in Good Shape

The Course is not in Good Shape and some staff needs customer service training in the Club House. However, over all traditionally the course and staff were great, but going down a little.

The course wasn't in great shape. A lot of the tee boxes didn't have grass. Mostly dirt.
The fairways looked like they were coming back to life. A bright spot, the greens were in good shape.

I won't play this location for a while to see if they can get the course in better shape.

Wasn't worth the $$ to play. Too many options in the area for a location to let thier course slip.

Course was in very rough shape

There were no differences from being in the rough and bing on the fairway. The grass was horrible.

Absolute Worst Value

This course is a dog track! While the staff is friendly, the course is in horrible condition. Half the tee boxes are sand pits. Have the sand traps have nothing but clay and dirt in them.

Not Worth It

It took almost 4 hours to complete 13 holes. The pace of play was terrible because their tee times are stacked too closely. Not worth the money. Course was decent though.

Overbooked

I was a little upset because Demi was overbooked. We wanted to play just my husband and I by ourselves and they decided to add two more people to our group. When we pacifically said we wanted to play by ourselves. It took forever. We were there at three, which was our teatime. Too many people ahead of us took too long. We didn’t even get to finish the whole course. We made it I believe to the 12th hole,.

Disappointed for the cost!

I am fully aware we are in winter golf time here in Texas. However, this course is severely beat down. Tee boxes are mostly dirt as are the fairways…NO ROUGH. Just hard pan everywhere. Bunkers are dirt as well. The lone bright spot was the greens which were great. Paid $80 before taxes to play. Won’t be back unless significant changes are made.

Price a little steep for middle of winter and course conditions

Was great but during winter should definitely not be full price given the hardness of the ground and how dead the grass was. Otherwise a good course.

Need better tools

Great, Challenging course. Scorecard on xerox paper with no course/hole layout makes it difficult to figure hazard areas. Forced to use Google maps. Midday green fee a little pricy

False scarcity of tee times

We purchased 4 tickets due to the scarcity of time slots. As we go to check in, the club advised us that the course is a ghost town. That said we would have never purchased 4 tickets to be proactive. Also, majority of the tee boxes had massive cracks due to erosion.
