First time playing this course, greens were very fast, fairways good shape. Has a good driving range, and large putti g green, we did not use the chipping area. Will definitely play here again.

Too many dirt areas

Found too many dirt areas where grass hasn’t grown. Greens in pretty good shape. The aprons and fringe areas in bad shape. Great layout, a lot of holes the shot to the green has trouble if you are not accurate. Too much money for for condition. Tierra Santa much better Riverbend much more value
