For a lot of courses pricing does not equate to value and this is no exception. Fairways were decent but greens were not good for this time of year. It appears the process of overseeding has taken place.

Great track, needs work
MBF is a great layout.
Driving range is good.
Staff are super friendly.
Course needs work. It just looks a little scruffy round the edges and the greens need some work too. Patchy, woolly and a little slow.
Decent value at $75. Would be disappointed paying $115 at the weekend.

Perfect day to play
Teed off on time. Never had to wait for group in front, pace of play was perfect. Marshal even came by and asked if we had enough water which I had never experienced in all my rounds of golf anywhere. Overall fantastic day of golf.

Poor course conditions
Greens infected by weeds. Most tee boxes covered by weeds. Areas around the greens poor. Fairways descent. Sand bunkers excellent. Weed patches in areas all around the course; more of a trap than a strategic area. I was not impressed.
