Valencia Golf & Country Club

Of the moderately priced courses in the Naples area, Valencia is the best. Course condition is very good; greens are excellent; staff warm and welcoming. Excellent value for the money.

A very average public course. The lack of public courses in Naples keeps up the demand.

We were told it was a decent course but we were quite disappointed. For the price we paid, we expected much better.

Price was 10.00 higher at check in than booked on line. ?

The course is an old school CC that is wide and very playable. Tees, fairways and bunker's are in good shape. The greens are an issue. Many ball marks that don’t seem to be healing very well. The greens don’t roll well and are not fun to putt.

I think I will took to play somewhere else while I’m in FL.

Pace of play is consistently 4:15-4:30 and the start is never the actual tee time. Sunday we stared almost 25 minutes later than our tee time and then the round was 4:16.

Would recommend other courses which are in the same price range but in much better condition and more challenging. Average course at premium pricing.

I love playing this course, but the pricing needs to be adjusted down. I understand the increases during the high season for the visiting vacationers, but need to give a break to the people who support the course year round.

Had the unfortunate luck of 2 golfers not showing up. So we were a twosome playing behind all foursomes. 4.5 hour round felt like 6 hours.

Valencia is an excellent course. The greens and fairways were in great shape. I would recommend this course to all skill levels.
