The Preserve at Turnbull Bay

A very nice course. The greens were great and better than most courses in the area. There is parts of the course that needs work. The staff are very friendly.

Played this course several times and it is extremely manageable , Only issue this trip was that price from GolfNow vs what we were asked to pay at course did not sync up. Able to finally resolve but would ask that the 2 parties figure out reasons for error

The course is greatly improved from a year ago!!! The greens were in wonderful condition. I would give it five stars for fun to play.

Staff was friendly and helpful as we began our round.
The course is lined by water and/or woods throughout the entire 18 holes. Each hole is layed out differently.
Course requires you to play course management, carefully picking your shots. The fairways were in good shape, while the greens were in great shape.
The only criticism I have is that all the sand bunkers need attention. This is said knowing that the course just experienced a nasty rainfall just two days ago.

I really enjoyed my round here.. In fact one of the fellas I was paired with had a hole in one on # 6 !! Great shot Barry!! If you haven't play here put it on your must play list.

The course is set in a beautiful preserve. The tee boxes could use some work but the greens are beautiful

I played the course early with my foursome and finished in about 3.5 hours. This is one of the few courses in the area with very welcome shade in the hot summer months. The greens are true and not unbearably fast. The fairways are green, lush and manicured. The new owners have transformed this course into a real gem. But don't be fooled, you still need accuracy to stay out of the water hazards and the woods. which line just about every hole!

Nice staff, greens are gorgeous, fairways are close. Not an easy course, tight with not much bail, but a great layout. And those guys are working their butts off to get the place perfect. Not many know about it, but this course is creeping up the ladder.

My son and I had a great time even though we are not great golfers

Have not played here for a while, the course is in good shape overall. The greens are very good. the fairways, rough and bunkers are good. The parking lot only had 6 cars in it and we pretty much had our own private golf course for the day. Challenging course, worth the trip.

Greens and fairways were outstanding, the only problem I had with the course overall, was the condition of the bunkers. They were in horrible shape, appeared as though they hadn't been maintained in monthsseveral had standing water a few even had tall grass in them.

The course is set up very well. Practice range and putting practice close to club house and the first tee, which i think is very conveinant. Overall condition is good, however the sand bunkers were in need of recondioning. The greens were very good condition and mostly challenging.

This course needs some attention. Cart paths are in poor condition. Sand on greens with no prior notice of same. Gets little play...only one twosome on my side.

Thje weather was great, course in great shape, and the three was paired up with a forth player and that worked out great, so It couild not had been any better. Thanks for a perfect day

An inexpensive round

This is one of the best "come back" courses around. The new owners are working hard to make The Preserve at Turnbull Bay a premiere course in central Florida

Fairways , traps, and rough need major work. Greens are better than before but still need to be rolled and sanded.

Course needs some serious TLC, chaos at start of round, extra group turned up, so big hold up.round started on the 10th but not all players paid heed to the signs so more confusion. Girl in pro shop not helpful at all and didn't seem to have a clue. Starter was apologetic and very nice. Enjoyed the course but it's looking very run down. Would not play here again.
