Ocala Palms Golf Club

The course was in great shape, but there is no need for Pins on shelves, and shaved rough around the greens. The greens are crowned anyway, now the fringe wont even hold a Golf ball.

First time to play 18...some good holes, some "interesting" holes. Greens had recently been verti cut and sanded, but rolled fine. Back 9 more open than front and has some nice elevation, which was a pleasant surprise. Will play there again.

This was the first time some friends I played here by far the best course I've played in Ocala. Greens were in amazing shape fairways as well. Only complaint is the course has no cart girl or nothing to purchase at the pro shop to snack on just a soda machine in the cart sheds. The price would be ok if it was a full service course

Good course but is getting a little pricey but will play again they do need a beverage cart

Everything was great except for the greens. They all seemed to have this circular green weed-like growth like a bad case of acne on an adolescent. Made putts veeri off course and the line bumpy. Although the greens did hold well on approach shots. That's it...just the greens, someone said they were being seeded. Because the last time I played here the greens were perfect! It's been a crazy weather year. I'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed this tract, pace was great, the Desk was really welcoming and just great.
She really made sure that we would enjoy the round.

The course and the greens were in pretty good shape. I found it to be a really challenging course although I hated the ravines on almost every hole. It is a very tight course and I found on most holes it wasn't wise to hit driver, it definitely takes playing the course once or twice to get the fuel for it.

Challenging layout especially if you haven't played here before as there are lots of surprises not evident from the tees. Narrow fairways and mostly small greens add to the fun. Greens in excellent shape and roll true- fast down grain. Fairways in winter condition but greening now. Traps sand above average. Target golf !

The course is short but it was OK. Nothing to bring you back

Very good condition and layout. Pace of play was slow.

The course,s greens and fairways were in excellent condition. each fairway is surrounded by homes and you travel between the homes to get to the next fairway. The 12th hole is confusing because you leave for it and come back the same way for the 13th. The signage should indicate the hole numbers.
I was playing on a 45F day and had the course all to myself and never having been there before found myself with some surprises. Like hitting a drive only to find that I had hit it into a deep depression. Their score cards show the layout but do not explain that sandstone colour does not mean sand trap it means a drop off.

A bit difficult to play the first time because there are a number of hidden hazards. Greens are very small but roll pretty good. Not a bad option to play while passing through Ocala.

Worth the drive from gville. Beats anything from here as far as course condition

Holes 2 thru 5 are very challenging but fun. A real test of your skills. Very friendly community. I had a great day.

Staff very friendly. Course a good challenge. Hills and water kept us on our toes. Plan to go back soon.

I had a blast playing Ocala palms. This course is situated in a nice retirement community. There are houses on every hole. You need to straight or your OB or worse clanking somebody's house. Course was in excellent shape. Greens were sneaky fast and rolled great. fairways were very good. There are a lot of rolling fairways and elevation changes. Course is not super long but you have put your ball in the right spots. it's a good test. I'll be back!

Holes 2&3 are tough but over all nice place to play.

Great course a little soggy after a lot of rain will def. Be back ..really fun and a pretty course
