Laguna Lake Golf Course

It was ok … most of the fairway is ok(ish) but there are a ton of bare spots … greens are chunked up quite a bit so you don’t get good rolls …. But it was a good beginners course for my son … just wish they had taken better care of the grounds

The course length is an executive course and the distance for most of the holes was good to challenge a middle / short game play.

The quality of the course is horrible and the only place there is grass is on the greens, which were in okay shape. It was a cheap round and the course conditions show it.

There are only 3 carts and we did reserve the round through Golf Now stating we could get a cart because we had a member of the party who is handicapped. It is a first come / first serve and all were out at the time so we had to wait about 10 minutes for one to come in from the round.

Fun little course. Elevated greens are a challenge. Fairway and greens are a little rough but I expect that in a little municipal course like this.

This was my first time playing this course. My nephews and I had a great time. On our way out we made reservations for the next day. Looking forward to it.

I thought the Tees, Greens and near green area were in excellent shape. The fairways were a tad below Fair. The fairways were uneven, some were better than fair but not consistent. The course is a challenging 10 hole Executive course with a dry creek bed. The wind could play havoc with your club choice.

Laguna is a fun and quick 10-hole course that is great for sharpening your iron skills and short play around the greens.

I have played this course a few times now and it is one of the best values around if you just want to get in a quick 9. Some quirky short holes but the greens are in very good shape. Friendly people and just a great way to spend 90 minutes.

Nicely watered course, friendly staff and great price

The course which used to be neatly manicured and preserved was a mess. The “grass” was full of weeds snd ground was uneven. Very little green grass kept at right height. Are they planning to redo it or let it go? Not worth $15

Beautiful day in SLO and fun course for working on your short game with irons. I got my first birdie today on a 3 par. (I have only been golfing about 4 months.) I do wish they didn't have the ring around the hole for COVID purposes as you couldn't quite tell on some of the putts if it would have really gone in or not. During COVID I prefer the foot lever on the hole flag like Sea Pines has so you can still hit the ball in the hole directly. Friendly staff.

They are working hard to make the course very playable. By summer it should be in tip top shape!
