well maintained
the course is a full 9-hole course (2 par 5, 2 par 3).
There's also a golf school, and about 1,000 members, which makes it difficult to make tee reservation (days in advance, don't try the day itself unless you're on your own). Most fairways are pretty wide, forgiving.
