Had a very hot but great 18 holes. Course is in awesome condition. Staff practicing CDC guidelines but still offering customer service if you wish.
Pace of play excellent. Bunkers pristine...but tough fluffy sand.
Thx TeeOff for a great deal on a great course.
A Joy To Play
Lush fairways, true rolling greens that were well maintained even though recently punched, surprisingly nice tee boxes and numerous workers on the course doing weed control, mowing the roughs and general excellent grooming. The layout was challenging with numerous well placed traps making accuracy and proper club selection a must, without being too punishing. Staff was well organized and friendly, this course was a joy to play considering some of the other courses we have played that were struggling with maintenance issues and lost revenue during these COVID times. Highly recommended.
Played with my 8 year old son. Course well maintain..pins well placed. Course challenging but very forgivable for kids to enjoy.
Challenging fun course
Although the green were punched a few weeks ago, they were still pretty rough. However, I still had tons of fun. Some hole are trick and narrow so you must hit pretty straight. Bring lots of balls.
Fun course well maintained
Played as a single on a hot Florida day (94). The course greens had been punched recently but were still more than acceptable. The layout is really nice with plenty of challenges. You do need to hit the ball pretty straight. You can miss but you cannot be wild. The course offers plenty of length for a 220-230 driver.
Staff was great. very helpful for my first time on the course. I look forward to playing this course again.
Great course and friendly staff. Very entertaining rolly fairways and good size greens.
The Trails course and Golfnow failed
Would simply not have booked the tee time if I knew a tourney was scheduled..shotgun start at that. Greed, pure greed. What can one say!
Great experience all around
Great golf round today, first time there, staff is super friendly. Course is in great shape.
Fairly wide drive landing zones lead to sharp doglegs and elevated greens. Loved the challenge, very fair course.
My wife and enjoyed our trip around this great course, not easy at all but extremely fair and yet challenging. A threesome let us play through and we ultimately played in under three hours which added the to pleasant day of golf. We'll be back.
Great staff, tough course
I’ve played st Lucie trail a handful of times. The staff is great and extremely friendly. The course can be tough especially on approach and around the greens. This is a shotmakers course. Hitting thin on approach will not be forgiving here. Make sure your irons and shortgame is sharp. Greens are very fast but true. There’s definitely a sense of accomplishment here placing well thought out shots and executing them, although personally rare for me (20+handicap)
Pros: good variety of holes, well maintained and a friendly staff
Cons: (not many) Tough greens for high handicap golfers, lots of bunkers and hazards not as forgiving as other courses.
Will be back
