Champions Run Golf Course

The greens were recently aerated and were a bit inconsistent, but the overall condition of the course was great. From Tee box to fairway were very consistent and well maintained.

Greens were quite small and the biggest problem was how the rough and fairway were basically the same cut. The greens were cut poorly. Other than that a decent course. Just very wet if it has rained.

If you're looking for a nice wide open course with a laid back staff, Champions Run is for you. Greens were in good shape. Tee boxes and fairways were average. Surrounding area is very scenic. Grab a few buddies and head out there for a nice time.

The one and only drawback for me for Champions Run is the drive. Once you get there you can expect to find the best practice facility in the midstate, great instructors and friendly staff, a very challenging but fair track always kept in top condition. Always a great time and a great course at a fair price.

This is a good course for a golfnow or ezlinks value. The staff has got alot better from the past. The greens seem extremely fast for the most part but the course in good shape. Usually golf every monday there.

Worth the drive out to Champions Run to try something new. Love the lightning fast greens! Not much elevation changes out there, and a couple of "gimmicky" holes, but all things considered I really enjoyed this course. Will look for an opportunity to go back soon.

...that this beautiful course was hidden behind the corn and bean fields, and well off the beaten path. Nice rolling layout, I'm only a player of two years, so this really worked for me. Good grounds maintenance, enough hazards to keep it interesting, but enough open to make it play easy. Fairways were pretty narrow for both my son and me, so well placed shots were important. My son shot his personal best here, I did a little behind but I expected that with a first time round.

out in the country but worth it for the price! would recommend as a good place to have fun.

Course in good shape. It is set up the way a course should be with several average holes, a few easy ones, and a few difficult ones.

The greens were very fast and had a true roll. The course was originally built on a bermuda sod farm. The name of the course is named after the type of Bermuda grass, which is called champion's bermuda.

This course has very good fairways of bermuda grass. The greens are also bermuda. Most holes are laid out in front of you. Not too many surprises,but plenty of water in play. I really enjoyed playing this course. There are four old silos on the couse. Would definately play again.

Good track. Well kept. Good good. Cold beer. Give it a try. I will play it often.

The course is in great condition and is fun and challenging. What a deal .. Golf Now Rocks $50 for a foursome. Paying $30 person would have been a great deal. $12.50 is amazing. I love Golf Now!!!!

The fairways,and greens were in great shape. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. My friends and I love this course, we try to play here at least once a month.

The staff was super friendly and had a good variety of food choices. I really like all the yardage markers in the fairways.

While the course is short it has very well placed hazards to keep it tricky. It is a great course to play when you need a tune-up because it makes you play your irons more than woods.

Champions Run does need some course work but it cant be helped until they get a week with NO rain!!! If the weather would cooperate the course will be in GREAT shape!!!

It was very wet when i played it. Somehow the green's still rolled smooth. Actually had the best putting round ever..21 putts...Anyways course does not drain well at all so wait for a couple of dry days to go play there. Good practice area... Big putting green and pitching area along with full driving range. Pace of play was terrible.. for some reason they booked us during a scramble tournament..and it was still slow..

Although we just had rain several days ago course still had holes closed off, greens need alittle attention. Tees and fairways were great. Great course for the money...
