Fairways of Canton Golf Club

Fantastic course with great Mountain views. Played as a couple. We are seniors at this point in our golfing careers. The green tees were a real treat for my wife especially on difficult holes. She was competitive on every hole. I played from the blue tees and felt sufficiently challenged. All in all, we enjoyed the course and the day.

I really enjoy this course and the layout. For the money you can't beat it. Pace of play was slow today but that's usually not the norm. Will defiantly be back.

Course is great as always! Very fun track! Seems like about every other round I play here on a Saturday it is very slow! Took over 5 hours to get 18 in today!! That makes it miserable!

Surprised! Didn’’t what to expect but I loved the course. Plenty of challenge and lots of elevation chances. Greens were a big tricky but all part of the challenge!

Unusually quick pace today, normally painfully slow. Men’s Golf Association was playing elsewhere so don’t be surprised by slow pace most of the time.

Always love playing here, especially for $12/head Hot Deal! Love the layout, tight fairways, great elevational changes. Surprisingly, the punched greens (3-4 weeks ago) are still recovering, and there are plentiful weeds that need to be controlled. I will keep coming back, love this place!

Always good. Dave has done a great job getting the course in great shape. Played today on Sunday and it was slower than usual. 2 marshals did come out and explained the problems. Just a few slow bad players. We love the course and always play. Great Touch----- American flags on the greens--- Love it!!!!

Course is in very good shape and it has some very scenic holes.

Greens had not been cut in the am.
Weeds need to be removed adjacent to the greens: mostly "crabgrass". Gold tee box on #18 needs to be leveled.

Loved the layout of the course. Great for beginning golfers to advanced.

Best layout in the area. Exceptional elevation changes, tiered greens and tight, sloping fairways. Greens were relatively fast for having been aerated < 2 weeks ago. Only complaint is the frequent, radom weeds on fairways and around some greens. Pace was slow ~5hrs, but it was a Saturday. KILL THOSE WEEDS PLEASE

Nice Course, friendly staff, sand traps maintain excellent Fairways greens are also excellent highly recommend this course can't wait to play it again soon.

Course a bit slow initially due to league play Tuesday/Thursday starting at 9. Usually thins out after 130 or so. Tees and fairways in good shape. Greens are always firm and fast, and today they were a bit dried out and bumpy. I have seen them much better. Always friendly pro shop staff. Best thing was brand new Yamaha gas-powered carts (which even include USB charging ports)!

We played this course after 3 days of hard rain. Because of the wet course, it was cart path only, and they were not yet able to mow. With that said the course was in as good of condition as could be expected. They have excellent drainage.

Good layout, challenging for the length, but the greens are in absolutely terrible shape. Putts bounce all over the place...almost impossible to make even a 4 foot putt.

Our tee time was at 0950 today, the Marshall got us to the tee box and we waited for 15 minutes before teeing off. From then on it was 20-30 minutes a hole, a little over a 6 hour round. Every time I mentioned something to a Marshall all they said was a typical weekend. I’m sorry but a regular pace of play is not 6 hours!!! I will not recommend this course to anyone
